"Started off well. He answered his phone and came over for the estimate promptly. He responded quickly any time I called him. Until he got the final check and we discovered problems afterwards. Then, it was like pulling teeth and eventually, finding even more problems, he never ever called back after I called, texted pix, and called one of his workers. I ended up having to hire a real plumber to fix the leaks that his men left. Timeline of events after initial consult with subsequent estimate:
When I was ready and the sink was in, I called and he told me when they would come to measure, and he also said it would take a week and a half to 2 wks to fabricate the granite, and that he would make another appt with me to install. I did tell him when I reserved the granite that there was a blip in part of the granite and if it wasn't able to be cut around, I would like it to be in an obscure spot not on the main counter.
The day of the measuring: Some guy showed up at my door 1/2h earlier in the morning than he was supposed to. He didn't speak much English and just stared when I opened the door, not saying who he was or why he was there. He took my sink with him.
2 weeks later, I had not heard a peep. Now, mind you, this was supposed to be installed week after Thanksgiving, but they also knew that and did not mention there would be any delay due to the holiday. I called
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
, and he called back and said, "oh, he will get started on Monday and it'll be a week and a half. "? What? It's already been 2 weeks. ?? "Oh, AZ Tile didn't deliver til yesterday. "(They didn't deliver? Then, why didn't you go pick it up???? or CALL your customer to inform??) Since this was the first time he was non-communicative, I let it slide and said ok. It should have been a warning to me, however.
Installation day: 2 more people whom I've never seen show up on time at the door. Again, they do not announce who they are, they just stare. I say, "yes?" and then they ask for
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
. No
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
here at all, I say. "Oh, we are here to install granite?" is the reply. So, I leave them with my husband and go to work. I come back, it looks fabulous--on the surface. I went to look at the seams, because I was amazed that I could only find one seam. The fabricator did a great job with minimizing seams. I look underneath to find the seams...I find, a board that was supposed to be in place, swinging in the breeze. ? They told my husband they were unable to get it put in right and so they just left it. Nice. I found out later that when the installers drilled the holes for the faucets, they: a) left the plugs down in the bottom under my sink, and b) drilled them too close to the sink (there was plenty of counter room behind there). They also left a HUGE mess of dirt all over the floor and everything. They also did not re-nail my water line from the drinking water system to the fridge back in place where it was--it, too, was swinging in the breeze. Oh, and I should also mention here: the blip in the granite? RIGHT SQUARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MAIN COUNTER. Nice.
Next day: 2 more guys whom I have never seen before came to the door to reconnect all plumbing. I pointed out the board and the water line, gave them the matching flange for the sink, and left for work, leaving my husband with them.
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
came to "inspect" and get his check, so my hubby gave it to him and forgot about the board and water line, still undone. I came home...no drinking water (no one thought to test it), the hot and cold were backwards, the faucets were both loose and turned around in their spots easily, and for some reason my p-trap was not u-shaped up-and-down anymore...they had cut off the line to make the drinking water system fit and made the u-shape horizontal. Nice. I immediately text pix to
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
, and called him. He had his check and it was a Friday evening and he did NOT call me back until Monday! Made some excuse that he had to go to
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
for the weekend. He sends out...you guessed it...2 more guys I've never seen before, the next morning.
Next morning: 2 guys who spoke good English came and actually said they worked for him (previously many of the ppl had "heard" the name
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
but didn't know who that was). They said they were real plumbers and came to fix the plumbing. They changed out the whole p-trap setup and made it look right, but weren't alarmed that it looked the way it looked and said it was preference of the homeowner! (really? I don't think so!). They were the ones who told me that the holes were drilled too close to the sink and that's why the faucets were really hard to get up in there to tighten them so they didn't move (but they did). They did fix the hot and cold. Someone fixed the wood. I looked under the sink when I got home to find out if I actually was going to have drinking water, and the sensor that detects if you have a leak or water under the sink was again on top of the unit instead of on the floor of the cabinet! And, the unit wasn't working. I had to call the actual company about it (luckily, the Water System Company is a stand-up company who did not charge me to come out twice to fix it, even though all these sheananigans with their system was not their fault).
About a week later, after the first time the Water System Company came out to fix my water system and it still didn't work properly (it worked fine and was brand new 6 weeks before the granite install), the sensor alarm went off that there was water under the sink. I looked; sure enough, there was, and it was leaking in 2 places...one, the p-trap setup somewhere near garbage disposal, and the other somewhere from the top of the garbage disposal, which was only a year old and a higher-end one. I immediately took pix and texted them to
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
. I have not heard from him. It's been a couple weeks now.
I got a plumber to come out the other day and fix my leaks. Guess where the leaks are from?
One--the drain line from the dishwasher to the garbage disposal was not tightened down at all.
The other? Not only was the new flange not installed inside the old one from the old sink (my hubby found the box with it still inside in the garage), they put on the old flange and did NOT put any plumber's putty or scrape the old, dried, half-gone plumber's putty off! 2 easy, basic plumbing things that should not have gone wrong. I paid him $275 for the plumbing re-hook up. My plumber told me it would have cost me
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
of $150 had I had him come and do it. And he would have done it right.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for granite or plumbing, or possibly any other job. Communication is bad and he did not make sure he took care of his customer well. Plus, I thought HE would be heading up the work team. He only came to give an estimate, and then to collect his check at the end and "inspect" (he didn't see the swinging board, the swinging water line, or try the drinking water system, and he certainly didn't care about the blip in the granite being in full view).

"Background: Previous primary residence that had been a rental for six years and is going to be our primary residence again. The entire inside had been mostly repainted two years ago in a single color, but neither the paint used nor the work performed at the time was done very well. For example, a poor job was done covering plaster holes in many locations, just slathering on joint compound with a putty knife, it ruined the texture when covering even just pinholes. Thus some texturing "repair" was also needed. The house was mostly empty, but we needed to move back in ASAP, so being able to schedule in the job quickly was important.
Bidding process:
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
was very responsive and met me the same day I called to give me the bid. He answered my questions and was able to schedule the job for the following Monday. No up front cost. I would not pay a dime before I was happy with the completed job. (When we agreed on price and start time, I signed a form that had a 10% cancellation fee if I didn't go thru with the job, but no deposit to start the work was required).
Communicaiton prior to and during the painting process: very good. Actual start date was delayed by over a day, which was a little disappointing, but
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
kept me informed (besides, it's a good sign that the crew took the time they needed at the previous job before starting on mine)
Painting process took the three days projected. (and in my mind the crew worked very hard, and late to make it happen; on day two of the painting, we were moving household goods from the previous home into the garage at Cascade and we saw the crew leaving at about 8PM;
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
the lead painter saw us at the property and returned to tell us to make sure to turn off lights if we were going to go inside to look around... light fixtures were taped/masked off and would be a fire hazard if left on, etc
Final inspection: We had some minor touch up requests (identified on Saturday) and all touch ups were completed by Sunday.
Overall: I give

an A+

Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
was just great. He is very personable, always punctual, and makes a real effort to be accommodating in every way. He knows just about everything about paint (and decorating, in general). His crew is terrific. They are quiet and pleasant guys who are just about perfect at painting. The lines were straight everywhere. We have very high ceilings and they fearlessly climbed the ladders and perfectly painted the edges of all the ceiling trim. They are also very neat - picking up everything each day and keeping the worksite clear and clean. The worst part about painting your whole house - and using different colors in different rooms - is the inevitable change order(s) because sometimes just don't turn out the way you imagined. We also had a flood midway through the project (unrelated to the painting) and that needed to be patched and re-painted as well. Finally, we had several trades in the house at all times. In spite of all these challenges, I would say that
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
and his crew managed very well. We are very happy with the whole job and would definitely recommend
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
Painting.

"Fantastic. Was by far the most competitive price, went out of his way to work the weekend, cleaned up as expected. Great to work with and would highly recommend. He brought a computer to show the process and some of his past work which none of the competition did. Very professional, great work.

"Crown molding looks great. Wife really likes it. Planning on doing it in second home too. Installation took about 5 hours with minimal clean-up afterwards. Very nice people.

is very professional and easy to deal with. His prices are fair and the quality of workmanship is excellent. Both jobs were completed in a timely fashion and at the agreed upon price for both rental properties. I intend to use him again to paint the home that I live in this fall. He is my painter for any and all future painting projects.

and
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
were very professional and friendly when they arrived to paint my ceiling. Another "handyman" had taken the popcorn off my ceiling and attempted to paint and texture in its place. However, he did a terrible job.
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
and
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
worked to make my ceiling look the way it should have looked in the first place, painted it thoroughly and evenly, and also touched up the paint on the vaulted walls where the other painter had let it drip down or run over onto the walls.
They were respectful of my property and worked in an efficient manner. I would highly recommend them.

"For a complete interior paint job, I received 3 estimates.
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
was very easy to talk with and it was clear he was knowledgeable. His quote was spot on with the other two. The only reason we didn't use him was because we had a working history with one of the other companies. I would recommend
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
based on each interaction I had with him

Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
showed up personally to provide the estimate. As I have dealt with many contractors over the years,
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
surprised me. He suggested a far more difficult paint scheme (same cost to me) that he believed would highlight the dramatic architecture in my new home. He was right. It turned out far better than I had envisioned. Additionally, he and his crew were on time, clean, exacting, professional and completed the job on the agreed upon day. Completing the job on time was critical as we were living in a corporate condo with a hard drop dead date and I wanted to get the inside painted before we moved into our new home. I was so pleased with his work that I had him paint the outside of the home as well as epoxy the garage floor. If only he did windows and landscaping too! Best contractor that I have ever hired, period."

"I was very pleased with the final product. The workmanship by all his crew members was excellent. Workers were neat, courteous, friendly, and professional. I would definitely do business with this company again. This company has been in business for a long time (over 20 years I believe). They survived the 2008-2011 recession n the construction industry! That gave me added confidence that they would be able to complete my job.Tile work was excellent! Very neat. Ours is a tract home. Original walls and flooring were not flat which is a challenge for tile work. The tile
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
did a great job. Pricing was fair (based on my research and experiences of my neighbors with similar projects)The company is small, so the same workers came to my house each day and I had direct contact with the owner of the company (
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
). This is a plus. After I met the crew members, I didn't worry about having to be home all the time during the remodeling. Contractor uses a lockbox for access.
Only negative- This was the first time I had a remodel done so I would have appreciated a bit more guidance in the early stages. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted but needed a a bit of help (what is the process for selecting granite for the countertop for example) I think
Chandler Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
is working to improve this part of the process.
