came and took a look, gave me an estimate and we scheduled for the work to be done. He arrived when he said he would, did a FANTASTIC job, i mean really! and cleaned up and he was very pleasant and we chatted for a bit and i would highly recommend him for any patch job you have. Very professional and the eyesore that was my wall is no longer. (i wanted to post photos of before and after but i couldn't figure out how to!)

came to our home to view stucco repairs that needed to be done. He was on-time and very friendly, and seemed to be very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He left and said a quote would be forthcoming. After not hearing from him, I inquired as to when I could expect a quote, and he simply stated that he could not give me a quote because he was too busy. I even inquired if he could do it at a later date and he just blew that off as an impossible task.
? If you are too busy, then why are you wasting my time and your time by coming to my home to review the project? I was VERY disappointed to say the least, and now I have to start my

was very professional in his approach to identify the required activities and generating an estimate for the work. The estimate detailed specific actions that would be implemented during the work activity (See "What Did the provider do?" above). He also provided over 20 references of persons for whom he had completed jobs.

communicated very well from start to finish. All calls and texts were answered or returned in a timely manner. The work started and ended on schedule. When he was running late or needed to postpone work for a day, he texted to let me know and didn't leave me hanging.
The quality of the work was good. The wall looks like new.
I recommend and would use his services again. I'm very satisfied.

Stucco was crumbling around one column of the patio and on one side of house. Par, owner of
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
, assessed the problem in the patio area, found the cause, and designed a way to not only fix the damaged areas, but prevent the problem from occurring in the future. The problem occurred due to a design flaw in the architecture of the house and improper gutter placement which had resulted in water pouring off the roof from rain and hitting a spot on the side of the patio just below the roof. This caused the lathe to rust which allowed water to soak into the wood behind the stucco. Par was prompt, professional, courteous, and personable. He went above and beyond, and demonstrated a great work ethic as did his employees. Excellent company!

Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
went to great lengths to get as perfect a match as possible for the two different exterior stucco colors. My neighbors have had stucco repairs and none of the work they had done comes close to the high quality work

My experience with
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
and
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very favorable, from first contact (when he answered the phone on the second ring) to the completion of the job, which involved patching and painting stucco across the entire front of the house, sealing and painting cedar trim boards all over the house, and painting the gables, which peak out at over 30 feet above the ground. He clearly explained what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and why it needed to be done. After having spoken to a couple of other contractors, I realized that, based on
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
's professionalism and very competitive pricing structure, hiring
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
for this job was a very easy decision to make.
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his crew arrived on time every day, worked efficiently and without interruption,
and left our property exactly the way they found it. Bottom line- I would hire
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
again without hesitation, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their expertise.

Shai over-promised and under-delivered. We chose
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
because of their reported attention to detail and commitment to providing us a nice, finished basement and in a timely manner (estimated one month, took about 2+ months with work unfinished).
We were very clear on the scope of work from the beginning of this project. He even called all of his workers to meet at the house as the same time, so they “were all on the same page.” The work started off great, but as the work continued, Shai came to the house less and less and gave little direction to the work that went on at my house. I had to constantly check the work and send pictures/requests via text asking him to take care of the very apparent mistakes and oversights, including gaps between dry wall and stairs, uneven walls that make the electrical plates bend, metal straps that were left in the drywall and protruding out, rough edges were the dry wall was just left visible, and so on. Shai’s team also dry walled over a brand new intake vent, and when we told him about the vent, he said his team looked at it and could not find it, thus keeping it closed rather than trusting us and taking our word for it. My husband had to carve into the ceiling to PROVE that the vent was there, and when the worker came the next day to “fix” the vent, he dry walled and textured over it AGAIN. The same thing happened when we asked them (as part of the scope of work) to removed conduit on the inside of the house. We told them all the electrical had been disconnected. However, his “master electricians” apparently couldn’t figure out if the wire was hot, and again, it took me and my husband cutting the wires and sending pictures to PROVE that the conduit could be removed.
Using
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
caused us more additional work on ourselves than we had anticipated. We decided to paint the basement ourselves, and with all the additional work that needed to happen AFTER the painting, we ended up spending even more of our time, our money to go over what should have been ready for us (removal of pipe, finishing of the handrail, mounting of the handrail, covered vent in the laundry room, completed work in the closet, etc.).
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
would have had to call painters back to our house 2-3 times had the paint been part of your responsibilities.
We are most upset about the finished quality/appearance of the basement. The dry walling in the closet (which is open to a main room) still has mud and unfinished edges. The dry wall is still a rough
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
in our storage closet. There are still gaps between the wall and carpet on the steps. The wall is still uneven under two of the wall switch plates, making them look bowed and cockeyed. These are all basic parts of a remodel and scope of work. We also had to hire an additional cleaning crew for the basement and basement bathroom. There was texture spray inside our air ducts, over the light bulbs, behind the door, IN THE SHOWER, and all over the floor. They also had to clean the door frames that were covered in texture as well as our washer and dryer. This is just one of many additional expenses we assumed using
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
. We had to buy additional vent covers. The vent covers were on ALL ducts, removed for dry wall, and some were never found again. We had to throw away two curtains, including the one in the back room upstairs because they were filled with texture and dry wall mud. We also had to buy all new plates as they were covered too. I was sad that this was the way workers would take care of my property.
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
CHARGED US TO REMOVE THEIR OWN TRASH FROM OUR HOUSE. This trash was a result of the basement remodel, including the wood, boxes, and insulation
Apache Junction Stucco Contractors Provider Name Locked
that were left behind, just thrown in our storage closet.
Most of this could have been alleviated had Shai been a better communicator. Shai told me that he was "going out of town for a few days," and it turned out to be that he went to Israel for a couple months. At that time our communication with Shai became very limited and I would hear from him rarely via email. I had to call his office assistant to ASK if workers were coming to my house, and then I had to communicate myself with his workers to ask them to come and finish the work that was agreed upon. We never heard back about our concerns as mentioned
