West Memphis Moving Articles
Moving reviews in West Memphis
Two full 12 hour days of moving without a hitch. Very professional with lots of hustle. I highly recommend.
There was only one small bit of damage to my Ikea couch batting, which was pretty good considering the damage done by other movers. I wasn't concerned about the damage as much as the feeling that they were trying to hide it. When they brought the couch in they were adamant about getting the couch cover on right away, even after I told them I would do it on my own later. This was the main reason they didn't get the highest rating possible.
Another small disappointment was the fact that the movers drove to Cincinnati from Columbus. When I booked the move, I called a local Cincinnati number. I was never informed that the movers were not local. This would not have been a problem except that they were over an hour late arriving to my apartment (they had some problems getting the rental truck they had reserved for my move). I wasn't really upset by the delay, but take note if you want to work with local movers. I think
Overall though, the customer service was good, the movers were professional, and the work was completed faster than expected.

Fast-forward to almost 4-months later to when I finally have my storage container delivered for unpacking in California and once I removed my mattress and box spring I discovered a disaster. Items were haphazardly stacked with wood touching wood and my heaviest boxes (books and dishes) on top crushing the lighter boxes with boxes resulting in bending and scratching it. All wood items were touching other wood items were scuffed as well. Upon removing the plastic covers for my

Frustrated I explained in my response that he wasn’t able to view the shared photos since he had been responding with a different e-mail (google e-mail this time) and that I shared them to that particulate e-mail. I also pasted the previous e-mail, attached my couch and bed receipts again, and proceeded to state that damage to my wooden furniture could be argued that it occurred during transport due to an extreme shift in contents; and for that I was not seeking any reimbursement and provided my explanation for why I felt his company was responsible for the box spring and couch damage/replacement. I asked how he would like to proceed and 5-days passed with no response. I sent an additional email addressing him my ‘

We will be moving our belongings from CT in the Fall and will probably call them again to move our things from the POD into the house.
This was a very stressful move for us and not one we were wanting to make but was necessary for health reasons. I don't believe we could have found another company that would have been more accommodating and sensitive to our situation and I am very grateful to them for their consideration.
I felt the price was a little high at first but after comparing estimates with a couple of others, they were very reasonable for the service they provide. I would not hesitate to hire them again in needed as they are great people with employees that seem to really love what they are doing and helping others.
My only suggestion would be if you are not technically savy (we aren't), unhook your tvs, computers, and other electronics yourself so you can
