"We choose
after reviewing 4 other quotes. He presented himself as informed and professional and since Angie's List gave his" company good ratings we felt somewhat reassured. Unfortunately the work began 3 weeks behind schedule.
did not schedule his team properly, one person showed up for a week when were told there would be a team.
told us the work would take 3-5 days, which was a huge understatement. From the first week there were some large holes left that had to be later repaired by a contractor we hired. Week 2, more help came but did not complete the installation until the end of Week 3. During this time an electrician subcontracted by
came unannounced and wanted us to pay him directly. He explained he no longer worked with
and needed to be paid for work he had done. To
's credit he did make sure the electrician did not return for payment. At the end of Week 3 our furnace was working but the sound was tremendous, like a jet engine. The co-owner came out and made fixes at Week 5. We paid for an AC unit but it was not ordered on time. Complete installation of the AC unit was one month later. List of problems: Did not submit rebate invoice to PSE on time as promised (loss of thousands to us) Final paid invoice received well past 30 day period to get rebate Did not begin job on time Job lasted much longer then quoted Left holes outside house and in house Did not install AC in timely manner Left mess up in attic Had to hire a contractor per their request, to fix holes left in ceiling from an intake not placed correctly and other holes around house. (They did pay for the contractor for the fixes) Pros: Units work well (furnace and AC) Employees kind and respectful Co-owner came out to fix problems after

"Very responsive when called and said they would make this job a priority as it was an emergency call due to carbon monoxide leak. When they found out they could not get part to complete" job on a Saturday, they suggested I try to find another service provider so I could have heat and hot water before Monday. I called several other chimney sweeps and one company said they could not schedule an appt for me until 3 weeks from now. Another company wanted to charge me $150 service call because it was the weekend. I waited for
to complete work on the Monday.
was prompt, courteous and explained everything. He did a great job and even took the time to inspect my fireplace chimney/valve/gas as home inspector said there was a gas leak and valve to fireplace didn't work.
looked at it and there were no gas leaks or valve problems. From now on, I will only use
for my chimney needs.

I bought an Angie's List deal and was pleased with the service I received (August 2014). Aspect was easy to schedule.

sold me without warning that my gas line might prevent proper installation!), capped an unused gas line in the basement and installed a new kitchen faucet (the old one was leaking, or so I thought). After

left, I realized that my leak wasn't a faucet issue, but was a trap issue.

came back and fixed the trap issue. He didn't fix it "ideally" but will come back when I request, which will be when I get new countertops/integrated sink. Even with the deal, I thought the visit was pricey ($450 including the cost of the

Fantastic! Awakened to no hot water this morning. Called 2 other plumbers with no response. Called
West Memphis Gas Leak Repairs Provider Name Locked
Woods-explained what we needed-after checking the schedule said they could have someone out before 1 pm. It is now 12:45 and we have hot water!! Needed to also replace some of the old gas line. Thank you!!

The project went very well. It took a bit longer than estimated, however I suspected it would. The old galvanized line went under the house and came up through a slab in the crawl space. the replacement had to come around the house to enter crawlspace from the rear. The guys were extremely professional and attentive to detail. I will be using

, in the near future, for 2 toilet replacements, and installation of gas appliances that will be replacing electric, and installation of gas logs. I recommend these guys.

we've had
West Memphis Gas Leak Repairs Provider Name Locked
out on three different occasions. The first was to excavate and replace a clogged, collapsed original sewer line. They arrived early and worked until the job was done. Second visit was to install back flow valve following the storm of the decade - again, great service and work. Third time was a smaller job - installing a gas line for our dryer. Very happy with their work - would definitely call on them again.

Our shower was draining slowly, so I called
West Memphis Gas Leak Repairs Provider Name Locked
to schedule a service call. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told that the $59 service call fee would be applied toward the cost of any repairs. The technician tried multiple times to pass a snake into the drain without success. He said his camera would not fit in the drain so he was unable to further evaluate the situation. Quoted $3000-5000 to dig up the entire shower floor and repair or replace the drain. Charged $334 (275 to snake the drain plus 59 for the service call) for 30 minutes of work that did not solve my problem and left. Said that fee could be applied toward the cost of the next repair. I called the company to question whether I should be charged for the work when it was unsuccessful. Was told that they need to clean the snake after each use which is why they charge for the service no matter what the outcome. Questioned being charged for the service call when I was told it would be applied to the cost of the job. Was told that isn't "their usual policy" but he agreed to credit me back the $59 since I had been told differently. Called another plumber for a second opinion. He passed a camera through the toilet pipe, found an obstruction and cleared it with the snake for ~$400.

A crew showed up as scheduled and ran the gas line through the wall into the laundry. I was pressed for time and had to leave town as soon as they were finished, so I did not take the time to look closely at the installation. The week after this, I returned to the house and took a better look at the job - and saw that the work was unacceptable. The gas line should have been parallel to the inside wall, but it was angled back sharply toward the wall, in fact the end of the pipe was jammed against the wall, nothing could possibly be connected to it. I called the company and was told that a crew would be out to fix it the next day. I waited at the house all day and NO ONE showed up. I called the company again that evening on their 24 hour line and was ignored. I called again the next morning during normal business hours and was not given any explanation as to why I had just wasted a day waiting for someone to come out. They promised me that they would be there 'sometime' that day. A crew finally showed up the next day, and promptly broke the fitting that the previous crew installed. More hours spent waiting for a part to be delivered. After another complete day of waiting, I finally had a gas outlet that I can use - I think, anyway. My gas dryer is being installed tomorrow, I'll see if the installation meets local code. If not, I will be contacting them again through an attorney.

On numerous occasions, when I call after hours,
West Memphis Gas Leak Repairs Provider Name Locked
would answer those calls himself and is very friendly and fair. He has a sense of humor and is helpful when you're a do-it-yourself kind of renovator. Some of his technicans came and did things occasionally and they were good and clean. There were some places were his crew could improve a little on cleaning up after themselves. They were not the cheapest of the service providers but they were definitely the best.
