One of the biggest complaints I have heard from people when they only get a written inspection report is that they are often left wondering what it means. We believe that you have a right to understand and comprehend the information contained within your report and the ramifications of that information. That is why we use the two-pass inspection process. On the first pass, your inspector goes through the home gathering information. This generally takes about two to three hours. Larger homes take more time. On the second pass, your inspector invites you, and anyone else you choose to accompany you, to join the inspector on a second pass through the home. On this pass, your inspector will point out the highlights of the inspection. The findings of the inspection are discussed in a show-and-tell, question-and-answer format. The goal here is to facilitate your complete understanding of the significant findings that will be discussed in the written report. Questions are always welcome. The report is normally e-mailed within 24 hours after the completion of the inspection.
