"He kept us in the loop every step of the way and made recommendations based on his knowledge of all things tile. We were extremely happy with his professionalism" and his attention to detail. I can't wait to figure out what else I need tiled! He was very fairly priced and explained how much everything cost as we went instead of surprising us at the end.

"I had a leak in my bathroom. Result from inspection indicates that the tiles on the wall need to be caulked and grouted.
" immediately reached out and scheduled an appointment [That’s an A on Responsiveness]. I described the situation and send some pictures to him.
insisted that he needed to check on the job or otherwise he would not guarantee the work [That’s an A on Professionalism]. After he came and checked the wall, we scheduled another appointment for the work to be performed.
told me the time it required for the job. He arrived on time and completed the work in close to the approximate timeframe [That’s an A on Punctuality]. The job was done as described with his seal of approval. As a result, after a couple weeks of wait time, the leak problem is resolved. [That’s a B on both Quality and Price]. I like the company, especially on
’s service. I think I will do business with them again [That’s an A on Overall].

Whether you want to replace a laminate floor, backsplash, shower stall or countertops, ceramic tile is a durable, easy-to-clean option that can add value to your home. Both ceramic and stone tiles are nearly maintenance free, though grout will need occasional resealing.

Tile flooring

There's nothing classier for a kitchen or bathroom floor than one made of natural tiles. But tile flooring is expensive and does have some disadvantages that homeowners should think about before making a decision on which type of flooring they prefer.

Tile Installation reviews in Hot Springs National Park

They are good a grouting, but lack attention to detail. At the end of the work there was "gap" that did not contain grout. When I pointed it out, they filled it with caulk. They did not caulk all the areas they needed to caulk. My husband had to finish the caulking and the idea was to pay for them to finish grout, caulk, alcove tiles....More /> When it comes to tiling, they will do well on unorthodox, easy to install tiles. However, when it comes to fancy, not your average tile, they lack experience and willingness to work with new tiles in the
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
. I had some new glass design and it was a compliant from the beginning. They strongly suggested to not put the glass tile in the alcove. I wanted to accommodate and make their work easier so I had to run around to find a bull nose tile. At the end I had to get something from the store that was ok, but not exactly what I wanted. That is on me. I should have been more assertive and ask them to not do the work they do not know how to do.
The glass door install was good, but it took them hours and still my husband had to fix some stuff. They did not have the correct drill bit to drill a hole in porcelain tile. Ultimately,
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
decide to go to the store to buy a drill bit. I asked them to install a towel rack. They did not succeed and the remedy was to put a bundle of clear calk to stick it to the wall (which was disclosed). When my husband removed it to fix it, they have broken the drywall behind one of the the anchors (3/4'" hole) (which was not disclosed).
Ultimately, due to their lack of expertise other than grouting, they charged me $150 extra (which I paid). My husband was not happy.
If you want to contract them to grout, go ahead, just make sure they they pay attention to detail. Maybe they would do regular ceramic tile well, but not outside this scope. I do not recommend them for anything else. As matter of fact,
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
indicated that after this job, they will not be doing anymore bathroom glass doors anymore. That is wise.

I am highly impressed and completely in love with the demolition and new renovation
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
did for our family room bathroom.
He was on time, worked hard every single day, and cleaned up after
himself well. I cannot begin to explain the amount of joy I had when I
walked in my home and saw my brand new bathroom this past Friday
afternoon. The bathroom looks like it's straight out of a multi-million
dollar estate put into my bi-level ranch! Thank you
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
for going above
and beyond for us (and the plumbing you took care of)! I can't wait
until we use you again for our next projects!

The first floor of our home sits on a slab. In the winter it was cold, musty, and uncomfortable. We worked with
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
and his wife, Crystal, to develop a plan to install radiant floor heating and tile the entire first floor.
When the old bathroom tile and main floor carpet were removed we discovered that the slab beneath was cracked and not close to being level.
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
, who has extensive experience with flooring, sealed and leveled the entire slab. He then installed an electric radiant floor heating system over the entire first floor. He then tiled the floor with porcelain tile using almost microscopic grout lines.
The finished product was simply outstanding. Our first floor is now the most comfortable place in the house. We couldn't be happier.
If you value craftsmanship, if you value knowing that what you can't see is done as well as that which you can see, if quality is important to you then there is really only one choice for tiling in East

On September 9th, called for an estimate to have two (2) 24 X 30 oak laundry room cabinets hung.
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
came to make an estimate on his way home from a job on the same day.
The work was scheduled for Friday between 3 and 4 PM. He arrived promptly with all the tools needed to complete the job.
He covered the work area with plastic, hung the cabinets, installed the handles, and cleaned up the work area.
He was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Did a fine job and in less than an hour, the cabinets were completed.

Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
and team were fantastic. By the time
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
got started, we were
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
the end of month 2 without a kitchen. He was by far the best service provider that we worked with through the whole process. You can't ask for much more. He arrived on time, did great work, met the budget outlined, responded to questions within hours if not minutes and stopped to walk us through any questions that we had about maintenance. On a side note, they also support ongoing maintenance of the tile that they install. No need to fumble my way through tile maintenance in the future! I would highly recommend
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
and team for any tile work that you have in the future.

Things started out very well.
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
is friendly and likable.
He gave us a good price for our deck.
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
built our deck last summer 2014.
During the process, he uncovered rotted wood in our existing upper deck and communicated well about that.
He showed up and did the work at a decent pace.
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
was reasonably responsive up until the deck was about 80% done.
The problem came when I simply could not get him to come back and finish it.
I called and texted
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
endless times. He kept promising to come by and finish but never did. As fall 2014 came, I texted basically begging him to finish up the deck before winter came. He didn't respond.
The baffling this is that there wasn't much to be finished so he easily could have done it. The flat railing ledge on the bottom part of the deck is not complete. Even though there isn't much to finish, it's very visible and looks terrible. All summer (last summer AND this summer) I had guests over and every time I looked at the unfinished parts it made me angry because
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
blew us off at the end and simply would not complete the job.
At the end of this summer we now see that there are additional problems - there many boards warping quite badly and the railing is weak.
I texted
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
on Monday August 16 2015 letting him know that I was planning to write a review on Angie's List, not to be vindictive but to provide real feedback for others. I wanted to give him a final
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
before I did that to come and make things right with our deck.
This is how he responded:
"I thought we had finished everything. I have only focused on flip houses this summer and have not taken on any other jobs. I'm about 1 mile from you on Tuesday-Thursday. What needed to be finished."
He thought we had finished everything? I honestly texted and called him no less than 20 times last summer and he kept telling me he would come and finish it. So him not remembering he had anything left to do was quite alarming.
I had to go out of town so I told him to contact my husband. When he did, he told my husband that he had done some work for us that we hadn't paid for and owed him. Wow. He refused to finish our deck, and was actually claiming we owed him money. In reality, we ended things last summer with a $300 credit, so if anything HE owed US. But I was willing to let that go if he would just come and finish my deck.
I texted him on 8/24/15 saying:
"{My husband} mentioned something about us not paying you for work? We ended things with a $300 credit, so if anything you owe us. If you want to come finish your deck job please set up a time with {my husband} by the end of the week. Otherwise let's just call this quits."
He never responded.

A lot of tiles were laid with corners at different levels. Some were cut at wrong lengths. Rather than
Hot Springs National Park Tile Installers Provider Name Locked
tiles under the refrigerator the refrigerator was grouted in. We had that corrected, but then they dented the side of the refrigerator. He was going to have the dents fixed, but then never showed up the day he said and was never contacted again. I would not recommend this floor tiler.
- Raymond K.

Easy communication, arrived promptly, did the job as scheduled, no issues whatsoever, and most important... floors are gorgeous! Such a pleasure to deal with.
