"A great process from beginning to end. We are very pleased with the various types of carpet installed. (I delayed writing a review until now to "live"" with the carpeting for a 3 months). We have received numerous compliments on the new carpet. We recommend

"The work was not completed and
is walking away from the job. They did not manage getting all materials to the site on time so the work" took place over multiple months and is still not complete. The installation was done incorrectly as the wrong underlayment was used. The new floor was a nail down installation but
allowed an underlayment suitable for a floating installation to be used instead. As a result, the flooring is loose and attempts to "top nail" boards has been ineffective. Of course, top nailing should not be required and is not part of the manufacturer's installation instructions. And because of the underlayment, we have had five nails come up out of the floor in the first few months! In addition to the underlayment problem, the workmanship on the floor is very poor. Boards were not trimmed well and the gaps were instead filled with putty that doesn't match the flooring well. And the putty itself is a problem because it is soft and collects dirt which makes the installation look even worse and is impossible to maintain. Much of the trim that was removed by the installer was damaged, kitchen and bath cabinets were scratched and chipped and other subfloor damage was done and not disclosed by the installer. The floor needs to be removed and installed correctly. Unfortunately, IQ doesn't have the business ethics to stand behind their work and make things right. When there are problems that arise in a project, you get the true measure of the service provider and in this case
demonstrates a lack of professionalism and integrity.

How to Choose the Right Carpet for Your Home

One highly rated provider shares important considerations homeowners should make when choosing the carpet for various rooms in their home.

Carpet and rugs

Wood or tile floors are good in some rooms, but most homeowners prefer to install carpeting in living rooms and family rooms, especially when children are small. Here are tips on the types of carpeting available and how to pick the right one for your home.

If you're looking for eco-friendly flooring, research the composition of the flooring, as well as the adhesives and glues.

Most  reputable carpet stores should be able to help you, they know what is available. and should be able to find a good carpet for a good price. sometlmes they will buy overruns that are a good value. Also,   make sure they do use a power-streacher when they install the carpet! Pat All Carpet Repair

Carpet with pad purchase cost $10-20 for really economy cheap stuff, $20-30 for normal brands, and $30-50/SY (square yard) for high-end carpet, to $100 or more for custom or gold thread and such.

Installation cost does not change much depending on what varpet is installed - generally about $10-20/SY.

So, for normal medium-range carpet I would assume $30-50/SY.

The flooring is high quality and the tile work is beautiful. Everyone that comes in our house says how nice our carpet is.

is amazing. I live in
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
and found the exact same flooring from
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
for $1 less/sqft (that saved me $600!). He was so helpful in helping me arrange for the accessory pieces I would need for the wood flooring and getting the wood flooring adhesive from a local subcontractor. From start to finish, he answered all my questions and walked me through all the details. My shipment came on time and in excellent condition. Will definitely use his company again for future flooring needs.

There were some scheduling problems at first. They ended up doing the work and the work was okay. We were looking to get the carpet replaced, but they stretched it and repaired it and made it look good.

Entire process from planning with
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
at the store to the installation went great. They have been quick to come back out and address all of our concerns. We saved almost $5,000 over what another store wanted. Great price, great service, great product. Highly recommend!

Not well. Accused of being rude to the installer and they walked off the job on day one. Second day comes and new crew then the timeline
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
set was not realistic according to the installer, because he still had a previous job he was doing on his own. Then I was accused of being in a hurry. Lastly the carpet came in early and they wanted me to pay to restock it or have them install after all of the issues. All I can say is this was the worst experience ever. We went down the street to a competitor who took care of us and did everything he said he would do and on the schedule he said.
There is a ton more I am not going to get into, but beware and choose wisely. We thought we had done our homework but obviously we were wrong. I totally expect a reply and I am positive it will show the true professionalism of this business.

, and especially

arrived right on time and was extremely professional and courteous. We were able to choose from many samples and a quote was prepared for us on the spot. At installation, the installers did a great job and were quick, clean and courteous. All of this combined with the great price and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to refinish or replace their flooring.

A few bumps in the road because I needed so much carpet. LOL Included in the install was moving all the heavy furniture. I had two separate times they came out to complete this much work. Very respectful and clean.
I had the carpet installed two years ago and the carpet is holding up perfectly.
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
had to come out because I had a bubble in the walk way. The men came out within a week and fixed it at no charge. Was impressed with how fast and friendly the response back to me was. I love, love my carpet and I am so happy I bought the high quality that I did.
If you are looking for a company who stands by their work even years later, then
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
is the man you need to call. Home Depot and
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
's are less expensive but they are not as experience, the quality of the carpet is questionable to say the least, installation issues after 90 days can and will not be covered, the really just don't care about the consumer.
I highly recommend
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
and how they care about the consumer even years later. Now that is service!!

Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
was punctual and thorough for both the estimate and repair. He was very open and honest about our options and recommended what seemed practical rather what could have made him more money. He has earned our trust and he will be our "first call" for carpet concerns in the future (we own rental properties). We are very pleased and enthusiastically recommend him.
