Five years ago, Home Depot had installed new rugs in 7 rooms and staircase. This spring, every one of the installations has developed wrinkles. The wrinkles were most visible in the rooms. We got 2 estimates, and
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
and Flooring gave us the lower price because of their $250.00 coupon on Angie's List. We found them very responsive, regarding the scheduling for the estimator and the actual work. Our staircase has a landing at midpoint where the staircase did a turn. They fixed the landing, but unfortunately, after they left, we found bubbles on some of the staircase steps. After we called them, they immediately came back and fixed the problem. We are impressed.

We contacted
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
for a quote to re-carpet our finished basement and stairs after installing a drain tile system.
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
was responsive and helpful when he came for an in-home consult/quote. We were mainly interested in
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
, but he brought several sample types to show us and was thorough in explaining (& showing) the differences in carpet and padding, which I appreciated. The installation team (which
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
was not part of) did an adequate job installing the carpet, but there are areas where the carpet does not meet the baseboards. Since it's a basement and the floor isn't completely level this is not a big deal to us. Overall we're satisfied with the installation & really like our carpet choice. Would give an A- or B+ overall.

We had been to multiple carpet supply stores throughout the
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
Metro when we decided to give
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
a try. Boy are we glad we did! From the start, there were no high pressure sales like the other shops we went too, just a polite conversation asking what we wanted and where did we fall with our budget. We were then shown multiple samples and we finally found colors we were pleased with. Their Stainmaster carpet was also significantly more comfortable than their competition for the same price. We were told they are one of only three authorized stainmaster carpet shops in the State of North
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
, and what a warranty that goes with that! The warranty was light years ahead of their competition.
Next up, color selection, measurement, and order. Again, went exceptionally smooth. The gentleman that did our measurements did quote 50 sq feet more than 2 other measurements I had done, and I am glad he did. We did not have much carpet left when the installer was finished, so I am convinced the other companies were in a rush and did not get the his/her closets in our master bath. What a disappointment that would have been. Their measurement guy took his time, was exceptionally thorough and nailed it! I cannot begin to imagine my response had we gone with another company and they missed the closets. On top of all of this, he was on time, respected my time and was polite.
Finally, installation day. We did pay to have the installers move our furniture as we did not want to deal with it. They were fantastic! Not only did they take care with our belongings, but they did not bang up any walls or cause damage to any of the furniture. They even moved some of the small stuff I forgot to get out of the way without complaint. They did a fantastic job on the carpet and kept me informed on what all was going on, could not ask for better installation.
To sum up, we are exceptionally pleased with the service we received from
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
, prices were competitive, and the rest of the service was well above what we expected. Our sales agent was patient with us as we did take several months to finally decide on a color we liked, after all, this is a HUGE purchase, we wanted to be sure. There was never any pressure from her, can not recommend
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
enough. If you are looking for carpet and want the best service we found in this city, stop by
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
, you will not be disappointed.

Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
was very responsive when I first contacted him which for me is always a good sign. We set up a time for him to come and take measurements and he showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He took the measurements and gave us a crash course on carpet and installation, he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. One of the best aspects of working with
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
is that he does the installations himself, such a genuine and honest guy who truly loves his work. When dealing with all the "carpet places", you never knows who is going to do the installation, are they employees or independent contractors. I've had carpet installed from "carpet places" before and the installers that show up sometimes seem edgy (a nice way a saying lock the up the silverware). We selected our carpet from a flooring showroom where he has access so we a lot of options. The installation went great, he and his crew are very professional. They show up on time, get the work done, clean up, and leave. The carpeting looks great and you can't see any seams. We are very happy with the work that he did, they knowledge he imparted on us, and the entire process. We would highly recommend working with

At the initial inspection, I had some ideas on rugs types. Keep in mind - I have lots of pets and kids. Rich took the time to explain the benefits/pit falls of certain rug types in an "active" household. He guided me beautifully through the
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
of rug types, always offering different options (good/better/best and why. What might be overkill considering the spill/claw factor, etc.). I made my selections and set up an installation time.
In the past, I used a box store for carpets. Imagine my pleasure when Rich asked me if I wanted the install the following week!
Yesterday, he and his assistant,
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
, moved out the heavy furniture, tore out and removed the old rugs, replaced tack strips with construction grade strips, installed the memory foam (waterproof!) padding and carpets. They then proceeded to vacuum and sweep every available surface in the working area and replaced the heavy furniture, always asking for direction as to placement.
Would I recommend them. Absolutely! With no hesitation and complete confidence that they would do a spectacular job. Too many superlatives? Not really. How often does one experience a really great contractor experience?
Kudos to Rich and

I was rehabbing a home to be rented and had already leased the home and needed the carpeting installed in a tight time frame. The salesperson at the Miles Rd store was very helpful in guiding us on an appropriate carpet selection for the intended use and we were very happy with the carpeting once it was installed. The installers were able to come on our schedule, were on time, did their work quickly, took the old carpeting, and cleaned up when they were done. This is the fourth time I've used
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
brothers- two other rental properties and our own personal residence- and I've always been happy with the quality, price, and excellent service.

He was very professional as he walked through areas I wanted cleaned including letting me know areas that were extremely soiled and may not come out (I have cream color carpet). Once he provided estimate, I decided to proceed with cleaning.

Everything went very well.
We contacted them for a quote.
The owner came by with samples and to take measurements.
We had a quote next day, but also took the time to get quotes from some other vendors.
B&D was not the least expensive, but worked with us on price.
We decided to go with them based on the quality of the hardwood they offered, the owners we dealt with were great and they had positive Angie's list reviews.
They delivered the hardwood three days before the install, so it could acclimate to the house environment (some companies don't do this).
Two installers showed up on time in the morning and had both floors done by noon.
The finished result looks great. Nice tight cuts and finishes.
We will be going back to them for carpeting another room.
There was an mistake on the final bill regarding the taxes, but a quick call and they sent a corrected bill.
Would definitely recommend using them.

When I called to inquire about installation, all went well. I explained I had nearly new carpet removed from my recently purchased home in
Hot Springs National Park Carpet Installers Provider Name Locked
and that I wanted it installed in two bedrooms, a hallway and stairway in Shaker Heights. I was given a price that sounded acceptable and they were able to schedule installation within the time frame I requested. I received a call confirming that the installer would arrive at 9:30 Tuesday morning and I repeated that the carpet was lightly used and was told that was not a problem. The installer did not arrive nor did I receive any call explaining the delay until 10:30 a.m. The installer explained that there had been a mix up in the schedule and that he was now on the way and expected to arrive in another 20-25 minutes.
When he did arrive, I took him in to show him the area where the job was. He seemed surprised that the carpet had been previously laid, expressed frustration that the individual rolls had not been marked with the dimensions and that he would have to measure them before he could start, that each bedroom had a radiator he would need to work around and that tack strips were not already down.
No one asked us any of these questions when we called to get a quote. We were clear the house was in Shaker Heights and I would be astounded if this is the first job done in this suburb that has an older housing stock full of radiators. This man’s attitude stunned me. He actually said in a very negative voice, “This is a real pain. What I’m getting paid for this job is not adequate.”
Can you imagine?
He did not say, “I think there has been some misunderstanding about the amount of work and I need to call the company before
I can begin.” Clearly there was a disconnect somewhere between what we were told and what he was told.
He also was very vocal about one piece of carpet that had been folded which we had brought merely as back-up for the stairs in case we were short. Again instead of saying, “I’m not sure I can use that piece because….” He fielded another angry
remark.
While we were discussing if we wanted someone with his attitude working in our house, he went out to his truck to call in. He then returned and said he was leaving, in fact that his supervisor had told him to leave!
By the way, we were willing to have someone come to inspect the job and prepare an estimate, it was not requested. We accepted the price the company gave us with no attempt to knock it down. Although this company came well recommended we have never been treated this way by any contractor and would not recommend this company to anyone.
We are aware that the company is engaged in community philanthropy and applaud them for their generosity. Perhaps they can also train their installers to employ good will toward their customers when there is an unexpected issue.
