Great! All work done in one day. The workers were neat and quick. We have a smaller home and had to make adjustments for storage. The rooms look great and the closets stay neat. I've used CA Closets for every home I've owned for 25 yrs.

He is a man of his word. His initial estimate was right on. You get what he promises and much more. This is the 4th time I have used him in my home. He has also built custom shelving for every room in my house. My wife suprised me with shelving in my master closet. The next time she left town, I returned the favor and she loved the finished product in her walk in closet.
I have referred

to my entire neighborhood and the neighbors that he has done work for have all been satisfied with the final outcome of their products.

We first found
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
and its owner
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
ten years ago. We bought a new house that required a lot of work. My husband and I checked out three different businesses that did the same kind of work.
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
gave us the best designs and the most reasonable price. First we hired him to do five closets. They were amazing!
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
did everything on time and on budget. No games, no gimmicks. Ten years later they still look like new. A few years later we hired
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
again to organize our garage and laundry room. No surprise, everything was done perfectly. We hired
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
again just a few days ago to do another custom job. What can I say, we are very satisfied customers because we just keep coming back.
We highly recommend

After a nightmare experience with another closets design company, we were skeptical to contact anyone.
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
, however, is a business run like all businesses should. The company sent someone to meet us two days after I placed the call. Between that first call and the design meeting, we received two calls to thank us for our interest, to ensure that we felt that our needs would be respected, and to confirm the meeting. The designer showed up on time, listened to our needs and limitations, created the best possible design for the space we chose without demeaning or questioning our choice, was personable without being fake, and was extremely patient with our 3 year old. She took accurate measures with a digital, laser measuring machine, drafted a design on paper first, and then used a computer assisted design (CAD) software to create the final design. She explained in full detail the company's policies, the design and installation process, and the nature of the materials to be used. These details included safety features any young child's parent needs to know, such as how the pieces will be secured to the walls and to each other, how strong they are, and how placing specific components in one location or another can affect the stability and safety of the final product. She helped us think about details we hadn't contemplated (even though we had already met with another company's representative) without trying to upsell. Upon signing the contract, the representative signed it as well and we received a copy of the same on the spot. No details were left open to interpretation or for later resolution. After our meeting and contract signing, we received confirmation calls from various company representatives to ensure our satisfaction with the treatment we received and the design created. We also received an email with a copy of the design in full color and further details about the installation. Either that same day or the next day (I can't recall), we received a call to schedule our installation. It took less than a week from our initial contact to the scheduling of installation. On the day of installation,
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
arrived early. He was friendly and warm, but respectful, to everyone in my household. He worked swiftly and efficiently. He was extremely organized and tidy. The installation took less than the estimated 4 hours and the final product was just as I had wanted it to be and just as it was promised. I have a few more projects in mind for our new home and I will most certainly use them again.
Whether you are a potential client, a competitor, or a business student, take note. This is how professionals behave and how a successful company is run.

I had moved to California in 2012 and then moved back in 2013. In that movement, I had a vintage cherry bed that lost the bed rails on the way out. I always thought that I would have to get them replaced as it was my grandfather's bed and matched the bedroom suit I own. I kept the headboard and the foot board. In 2014, I found out about
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
and asked
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
, the owner, if he could create bed rails that matched the original piece of furniture. He asked me for pictures and worked with me to determine what material he would make it out of. He came over and gave me an estimate and then I immediately agreed and he took the headboard and foot board.
He created custom rails for the side of the bed that look great with great use of some vintage hardware with a stain that matches extremely closely. He did charge a little extra for delivery to Philadelphia but it was totally worth it and I have a bed as good as new (I upgraded to a King, but this bed is now in my guest bedroom).

Cabinets also built a custom bar for another one of my friends. There are some pictures of that on his website but I am not sure what he charged for that or what my friend paid but it looks fantastic and my friend was extremely happy with the end product.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I initially got referred to them by another closet company that didn't do exactly what I was looking for, and they said ESP would. I had preliminary designs in hand, which I forwarded to ESP. My first sign that there might be trouble came when, well over a week after I had been promised an estimate, I still hadn't heard from them. When the initial estimate arrived, it was well within range, so I proceeded, but every step of the way was like pulling teeth. Phone calls and emails were NEVER returned promptly -- what should have been a two or three week process of finalizing my preliminary designs took over six weeks. When I signed the contract, I was told it would be three to four weeks until delivery and installation. Of course, this didn't happen either -- it was seven weeks, during which, again, phone calls and emails consistently went unanswered. Finally, they set up a two-day installation schedule. When the crew arrived with the units to assemble, problems immediately arose on the first day -- several pieces were cut incorrectly, but I was told not to worry -- they would be taken care of the next day, since they had to come back then anyway. When they arrived the next day, they completed the work in the living room, but when they started work in the office, they soon discovered there was a major mistake in cutting the major component of that project. In addition, I noticed a couple of other deviations from the design that I had signed off on. They took the problem pieces away, and promised me that I would hear within a day or two when they could come back to finish the installation. Needless to say (again), I heard NOTHING from them on the date promised. Finally, they notified me that they could come and finish the work a week after the date initially set for completion. They came back then, and the pieces that had been cut incorrectly the week before had been sorted out, and they finished the installation -- well, almost, because when they got done they discovered that three additional pieces were missing. So they had to come back the next day to finish up. They left my house a mess -- under time pressure, they ended up doing a lot of sawing and drilling indoors, even though they had set up to do it outdoors. And, to top it all off, the amount ESP has tried to charge my credit card for the final balance is well in excess of the amount agreed to in the contract that we signed. I promptly emailed them -- have I heard anything back from them? Of course not. These people have no sense of professionalism or shame, and I wouldn't go near them again for the world.

We recently built a custom home but were dissatisfied with the wire closet systems that our builder had planned to install. We looked for solid shelving and an upgraded closet design for several large closets in our home. After searching the area we were very happy to find
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
.
Fayetteville Closet Designers Provider Name Locked
came and met me at the house while it was under construction. He took all the measurements for the closets and then thoroughly discussed his ideas with me. He then went back to his office to come up with a design. He emailed me his design ideas that very afternoon. He had thoughts and ideas about each of the closet spaces that I hadn't thought of. He did a wonderful job!!
