"Basically it is what

Triple Play late evening. The sales person was very pleasant. The order was placed and scheduled to install. I found out that
was advertising a better deal on-line. So I called and canceled my phone and was switched to an on-line specialist. The on-line pricing was basically the same - however, the premium channels were included and a $200 gift card. Both plans were for 24 months. I was told that the order was processed and a technician was scheduled to arrive sometime between 2-4 pm today (9/26). I waitedfor the technician to arrive. When they didn't caledl

service would be installed today, I canceled our other TV provider - shame on me. Luckily I did not cancel our phone service and we still at least have Internet service (my wife and I work out of the home). So I sit here waiting to here from
's Supervisor, as I was told I would receive a call today. I guess I will continue to wait and hope that I receive that call. I received the following email as I was told I would and submitted a response as requested. It appears that there is no clear of communication between on-line and phone orders.

"We are a new, local business in
, MI. When we opened we wanted to use a local company for our phone service. We went with M33. I can honestly say I have never" been more disappointed with a phone service. We decided to switch phone companies and were told we would have service with M33 until the day of the port. As soon as we put in the work ticket to have the number ported, our service stopped. We couldn't receive any incoming calls. Not to mention we only had one line, no caller ID, no call waiting and were charged for every phone call made, local and long distance. Our bills from M33 were about $150 per month. A bit outrageous and we can not afford a phone bill like that being a new business. I spoke with the "customer service" department which I believe consists of one person. He seemed rather annoyed that I called him regarding the issue. I spoke with him on several occasions and he continued to say it was not their problem, it was the problem of the new phone company. I called the new company and they said our service was with M33 until the day of the port (of our number) and they do not take control until that day in case the customer changes their mind. I again spoke with M33 and he again said it's not their problem. He offered me no help, solution nor compensation. He continued to sound annoyed with me so I then asked to speak with a supervisor and he put me through to her voice mail. I did leave a voice mail but I'm not really sure how she is going to contact me seeing as we can't receive incoming calls. It states on their website and I quote "thank you for your business. Never will we take for granted the opportunity you’ve given us to serve you. Sincerely,
, Sr. President and CEO M33 Access". They did take us for granted. If you're thinking of using this company for your phone service, I would not recommend it. It's just my opinion from my experiences and if you do give them a shot, hopefully it works out better for you.

"First their customer service overall is an "F". Their telephone menu stinks and keeps you on the telephone way too long. On occasion you will get someone who seems to care" and tries to help you. But in the end the problem is usually not fixed. When they give you a credit, it may or may not show up on your bill. They seem to change service appointment dates and times when they want to and then tell you that you have written down the wrong date and time (has happened on a couple of occasions). They are very frustrating and can't be trusted. Some of the techs that come out try very hard to fix the recurring problems and are pretty nice. I am not sure if the they have all the tools they need to do the job. They show up on time and answer your questions. I prefer to have them come out and trouble shoot rather than talking to someone on the telephone telling me the same crap over and over, then telling me they will arrange to have someone come out to look at the problem. The fact is the problems with the internet service and cable TV are chronic problems. Ever since they upgraded and I switched over to HD TV. I believe I should get consist and excellent service for what I am paying monthly. If only there were more quality alternatives!

We had been having recurring problems with internet connection, phone, and occasionally, TV. The service would intermittently drop out. This had been going on for over a year. At least 6 service calls later, one of their "last ditch" troubleshooters came out and was able to locate the issue with outlets. Yes, it was aggravating. However, the service techs were always courteous, generally punctual, but always professional. Since that time, the service has functioned like it should. While I was annoyed with the mistake, I have been very pleased with their service.

They are my ISP.....while their prices aren't the lowest I have had pretty much uninterrupted internet for at least 3 yrs now....but here is the other side that you need to know.....if you need technical support, they are like many other internet service providers. They are knowledgable to a point, but if your support needs are beyond the basic internet connection problems, they are like a fish out of water......I can say this because I run a local internet and computer support business, and I have had several clients who contacted me after MontanaSky was unsuccessful resolving their issues....and I was able to get them up and running when MSky could not....

Useless idiots across the board. I've had better and more meaningful conversations with hamsters. This company does not care what you want, what needs you have, or have any interest in helping you. They double charged me for basic service calls, did a poor job during installation, put holes in my walls I didn't authorize and ultimately fail to provide adequate service. You'd think you could call them to complain right? Wrong. If you call, it can only be monday to friday during office hours, because lets be honest, no problems occur outside of that time right? You can get very dim-witted tech support outside of those hours, but it's exactly that. Useless.
If you dare call with a suggesetion about better service, or an idea to help the neighborhood? They flat out tell you they have no capacity to take that feedback, which tells me as a consumer they're just not interested in your business.
The internet speeds (as poor as they are, especially the upstream) will make your TV slow while you're downloading because you have to share the bandwidth with them.
I called to make an appointment for "special services" to come out and help me with my already CAT5 Wired home. The first guy just never showed up, but I got the guys name and complained. The second person did show up but wasn't able to help. I got a ill for the first guy and the second. Then I could only call during business hours when I have other stuff to do to sort it out.
Poor service all around. Poor quality.
