"We had one wall in a bedroom that had a BIG hole spanning the entire wall and went through to the bathroom which was on the other side of the wall. Then we had several" other random holes in walls that were all over the Apartment. Probably 10 in all. When
and
came out and gave us a bid, he said it might take him a couple of days to get everything done and gave us a bid. They came out the next day at the time they said they would, brought all the correct materials with them. Started working and were completely finished with the job in 6 hours! They did the drywall, taping, mudding, painting and texturizing all in this time frame. I was completely satisfied with their work, professionalism and skill of what needed to be done. They cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant and patient with me. I ask lots of questions about how they were going to do things, the background of who they were and what kind of experience they had. No question went unanswered, and they didn't mind if I stopped them at what they were doing to ask more questions. They come highly recommended for quality work, experience and professionalism.
and
are two great guys to work with and honest to have in your home.!

"The person that repaired the ceiling was very professional. He arrived on time and after the repairs, he cleaned up everything, didn't leave a single
" that he had been here. The painter came back after a few days and painted the ceiling. Again everything was cleaned up and no one would know that the ceiling was painted other than the smell of paint. I was extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Drywall and plaster

Knowing how your interior walls are constructed and what they are made of can help you take better care of your home, as well as provide effective maintenance. You can make small repairs yourself, but the more extensive the job the more likely you'll need a drywall repair contractor to make the wall smooth again.

Medium-sized holes can be patched in much the same way as smaller holes, but will require a patching kit to ensure a smooth finish. (Photo by Eldon Lindsay)

You may prefer the lived-in look, but a hole in the wall makes your home look a little too lived in. A pro tells how to repair a hole yourself and save money.

My sister-in-law uses brite white toothpaste and rubs it into those small holes. No prep, no sanding.

I've used wall liner (it applies like wallpaper only thicker) to cover a multitude of "wall sins" over the years. In my opinion it's the greatest thing since sliced bread. It doesn't look cheap or tacky, it's inexpensive, non-labor intensive and not messy to install.

I used it for the first time about 15 years ago to cover a faux brick tile on my lower kitchen walls that couldn't be removed. It was either tear the wall down or take a chance on $40 worth of wall liner. It did the job beautifully and lasted. Since then I've used it to cover paneling, a badly gouged wall after a kitchen remodel and a wall that looked like a pegboard after floor to ceiling shelving was removed.

Friends and family (and realtors!) have been amazed by the transformation after applying this simple inexpensive product.

We initially had

paint all the ceilings in our 2400 sq ft home.
Ozark Drywall Contractors Provider Name Locked
helped with advice on choosing the color, and while working took great care to ensure that everything was protected. He pays close attention to detail and the ceilings were done perfectly. We asked
Ozark Drywall Contractors Provider Name Locked
to add interior walls to enclose an unused formal living room to make a media room. The end result is amazing. The walls are solid, the drywall and texture look perfect. He also took it upon himself to move an electrical outlet to a more desirable area. He is a wealth of information for advice on completing other projects. I cannot say enough good things about

's professionalism. He delivers what he promises, providing an excellent product at a competitive price. We look forward to having him return to complete our painting.

Worker for
Ozark Drywall Contractors Provider Name Locked
arrived on time. I had cleared the space, purchased tile, glue and grout so everything was ready. He consulted with me on edging and pattern and started work. From what I can tell he worked consistently, although I left for an hour to do chores. Overall he did a good job except for one outlet socket that is no longer flush with the backsplash wall; something I didn't notice til he left and not a big deal.
Problems that I encountered was with the owner, who came out a week beforehand to review what needed to be done.
He said the15-20 sq ft of tiling would take more than alloted four hours with grouting. He said this would be an additional charge per hour. Since I was clear about my budget, I told the owner, I prefer to get a refund and wait until I can afford to get the work done. He then went into a long explanation and eventually said he would do the work for me as a "favor." I was upfront by stating no favor was necessary, my budget was set and tiling can wait. He continued to push to go ahead and do the work. Evenualy I accepted.since he said they would try to get it all done within the alotted time and if they go over he would not charge extra. I had also received several previous bids for this tiling at $300, so I was in the appropriate price range for the work with the Angie's list "deal."
When the worker was finished, he got the owner on the phone who asked to speak with me. The owner asked if I was happy with the work and I said yes. He immediately reminded me that he said it would take longer then alloted and since it had, it would normally cost $120 but I could pay him for 1/2 hour ($60.) I reminded him our his offer. He continued to lecture me. This converation made me feel uncomfortable and a bit betrayed since he had made an offer and I had been upfront which is fair.
His continuing to push dampered my excitement for the new kitchen backsplash and seemed an ovralll unprofessional approach. When a customer is clear on budget, honor that and your honor your word or simply charge whatever you charge.

had to order shingles to match the other house so it took awhile for them to arrive. Once the shingles were here he completed the job quickly. Since it is a rental house he had to work with tenants and he was careful to comply with the needs and desires of the tenants.
