did an outstanding job on our kitchen backsplash. The backsplash is an exquisite work of art that covers three walls. The design and materials (stone and cast tiles) are simply beautiful. The installer’s craftsmanship and attention to detail are exceptional.
This backsplash creates warmth and timeless beauty in our remodeled kitchen.
You may have to wait a little longer than you’d like between the sale and actual installation of your project but it is well worth the wait.

"The installers and finisher did a fantastic job! We removed a wall between kitchen and family room to create open space. They installed new flooring in the kitchen and refinished the family room hardwood to match the new. don't even notice where the old ends and the new begins. Totally recommend

I have never been more unhappy in my life with the service from any one.

is not customer oriented and impossible to deal with. First of all, they would not talk to us about our problem but said we had to go directly to the manufacturer. (I guess that is the definition of liquidators). All the of wood flooring bought at

and installed by them curled and shrunk. My floors look horrible and the value of my home has decreased. The flooring had a 50 year warrantly on it. Before they installed the flooring, they did the required check to see if the moisture level of the subfloor was ok for hardwood and said that it was fine. In less than one year every board in the house shrunk at the seams and curled at the edges. We call them and they sent the installer back and he did the test for moisture again, and once again said it was dry enough. He said he needed to call a home inspector. The home inspector came and said if he raised the moisture

under the house he found moisture. The sub flooring and joists were okay, but the moisture level under the moisture

was too high. They would not replace the flooring, or refund our money because of this moisture. The flooring was quality engineered flooring. I looked this kind of flooring up and it was recommended for high moisture areas. We asked them why it was okay when they installed the floor and less than a year later was not. Their answer was it changed. The house is 50 years old and had worn hardwood flooring in it which they removed. It was not curled or shrunken. We also had an additional $1,400.00 dollars worth of flooring not installed waiting for that room to be re-done. They would not take that flooring back, or refund our money even though the flooring had failed throug out the rest of the house. We have a lot of bad flooring and no recourse except to live with it. Their sales slip did say it had to be returned within thirty days and we were over that.Hhowever some of that time was spent getting the floor that was already installed inspected.

"They did a great job.
They moved all the furniture and put it all back when they were finished.
The carpet looks great.
They took the old carpet with them and left everything clean.

"For over 30 years we've used
Huntsville Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
for fixing things in this old house. we've always been pleased with their work.
Our problem was a cold and sometimes damp family room and a basement that flooded whenever we had more than a couple inches of rain. We also decided to renew the family room. A fireplace and chimney, which were very drafty and falling down, were removed. The external wall and roof were repaired. Wall paneling was removed and sheetrock installed and painted. The carpet was removed and the cement floor sealed. Wiring for both electricity and cable was redone on the new wall which replaced the fireplace.
An external sump pump existed, but the basement still leaked.

cut a two or three-foot diameter hole in a corner of the basement floor and installed a sump pump.
All gutter drains were connected to a new PVC French drain system. The driveway was extended to the side of the house - probably about 40 feet by 18 feet.
It has been a year since that work was done. Everything is great. The family room was warm during the winter. No basement flooding. No more of my hauling water out of the basement.

"b They were able to start immediately with the wood flooring and carpet. We did have to wait for a bit for the tile to come in for the kitchen because we chose a larger tile that wasn't in stock. However, as soon as it arrived, they came and installed it quickly."

"Based on the reccomendation of a friend we had

provide a quote for the installation of tile in all three bathrooms. His price was reasonable so we proceeded with the job. The job was completed with a minimum of disruption to our routine, considering at one point we only had 1 bathroom for the whole house. There were a few bumps in the road a long the way - none were

"The owner, referred to me by a friend, gave a verbal estimate after visiting the home. I went to the store to pick materials but he could not find the written estimate after searching the office thoroughly for it. I eventually selected the materials but was not offered a contract or the written estimate. I paid the first installment (of 3) and work started when promised and preceded promptly and the other 2 installments were paid promptly. All flooring and paint was installed without incident. After finishing the tile bath surround, the tile man showed me that the faucet discharge was not fitting on the pipe correctly. I recall that he left it on there but he states he took it off and left it on the counter and we put it on (which they now claim is our fault). Also, the fittings behind the faucet handles were not replaced and there were holes there where the tile had been nipped to fit around the pipes. Three weeks later we noticed that there was water coming up from the laminate in the hall and under the carpet in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom. We called the owner who came promptly that evening (on a weekend) and discovered the problem was from the faucet discharge leaking behind the wall and onto the concrete sub floor and under the adjacent flooring. He lifted the carpet up, tore out some of the wet pad, and we set a fan up to dry it. He said they would take care of all the damages, which are minimal. However, on Monday when I called to arrange repairs he stated that the tile man left the faucet off and since we replaced it that it is our fault and repairs were refused. I stated that the industry standard is to leave the area useable as it was prior to the work being done. At this point we could not use the shower due to the leaking and could not use it with it off, as he claims he left it, because there was no faucet at all!!! He offered to repair it but at our expense. A week prior to this occurring I called his phone and left a message asking for the bills/receipts and the patterns and colors of all materials but was not provided that. At this point, I do not know what materials were used, do not have a written contract, receipt, or warranty and cannot get the owner to respond to our requests. I have since spoken to a plumber who advised that an offset should have been installed on the inlet pipe prior to installing the tile to accommodate the thickness of the backer board and tile and allow the faucet outlet to be threaded properly. To do this now would entail removing all the tile in that area, clearly not something that the buyer should be responsible for. The plumber is going to try and fix it as is. In the end, the total damage is about 24 sq. feet of laminate and a few square feet of carpet pad and the plumbing repair but the owner refuses to repair it and we have taken pictures of damages and sought legal counsel."

was extremely embarrassed at missing our initial appointment. However, thereafter he and his employees were extremely punctual, arriving when they said they would, and doing exactly what they promised. The workers were careful to protect walls and floors, and to clean up the considerable mess that comes with this type of work. The price estimate was a little difficult to understand - it was not possible to quote a specific price until tear-out had already begun, and we were not familiar with the construction behind tile work. However, they gave us a price range, and stuck with it. As a point of interest, Mr.
