They did a great job. The salesman was very attentive and was patient with us while we decided which furniture we wanted. We were very happy when we left the store. The delivery guys showed up right when they said they would and did a great job bringing it in. The furniture was put right in place without any scratches or tears. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Our salesperson was very nice at the time of the order, but then we never heard from her again.
Our table/chairs were delivered on 8/8. The table had a problem - the apron did not line-up when the leaf was removed. In addition, the gap cover protuded about 1/2 inch on one side. The gap cover also had a crack. When I called the store they said I could refuse delivery or I could pay the full balance and they would send out a repairman. I chose to send it back and was told they would take a look and decide whether it could be f ixed or if it needed to be sent back to the manufacturer.
I waited a few days and never received a call. When I called, I was told that the table had to be sent back to manufacturer. They could not provide me with any information on what kind of a timeline the repair/replacement process would take.
Table was delivered on 8/29 and problem was corrected. They table is very nice and seems like a good quality, but of course I have my doubts about their quality control since the table had originally been sent out with defects. My main complaint though is that I was never contacted by anyone at the store to express any care/concern that I had received a defective product. No one ever assured me that it was unusual to have a problem with the quality of their furniture. No one ever apologized that I had to take off work on a second date for the delivery. (You do not get a delivery "window" until the day before delivery).

We really like the

salespeople. We have been customers of their furniture store for many years and they have always been helpful while not being at all pushy or in a hurry to sell you something. If they do not have an item in their showroom they will order it for you if you like. We were interested in getting a new version of my husband's old chair and they were able to look it up and order a new one for him. Then when the chair came in they called us promptly and we picked it up. Their furniture lasts as long as other furniture we have purchased at other places and always looks good. We always stop there first to see if we can find the needed item there as we like the service and people better.

, at first appeared likable and knowledgeable, and he was selling an exclusive piece of custom furniture I wanted at a decent price. All of that changed AFTER he had requested and received my final payment on

disconnected, dishonest (slimy, really), and inept business experience I have ever had.

Then, instead of replacing the furniture as per his own signed agreement, he decided to refund the money and just collect on his insurance claim.
I have wasted almost three months and have nothing to show for it.

He came the following week and said he would have someone call us as to the details of how this would be repaired. The following week we were notified they would deliver us new pieces. As unbelievable as this sounds the new pieces that came were damaged except for one piece. I was in touch with several people at the main headquarters who I thought would be helpful but nothing is getting done. They offered $275.00 off the furniture but truthfully that is unacceptable. I want to return the sofa. I do not want damaged furniture in my first new home. I have photos and copies of emails to prove everything.

Well it did not look any better. When they came out with the new cover, about 6 weeks later, the service man added stuffing to the back cushions. He recovered the long single cushion and it looked the same. A little better, but after it was sat upon a couple of times, the fabric began to pull/twist again. The cushion is clearly too large and the fabric unstable. We asked them to come out one more time and were was told there was nothing they could do, it was made to their specifications.
The sofa looks like it's a few years old. The front of the long single cushion is puckered and the top fabric is creased diagonally.
I am very disappointed in the quality of the product. We spent $1,500 on the sofa and waited months for it to be made because we wanted a quality piece of furniture. I regret that we didn't buy something off the floor of a discount furniture store.
I would be wary of purchasing anything from

Was tricked into purchasing third party fabric treatment. Tried to cancel and was told read your contract no refunds. Two Chairs where delivered damaged. Waited for two new chairs to be delivered. Dust cover on sofa was damaged not fixed yet. We have been waiting since June for delivery of the ottoman and it came today September 2nd. and it was stained had to refuse delivery will now wait for another ottoman hopefully not stained or damaged. Remember we ordered this furniture on June 26th and still the order is not complete. I will not deal with this store again. The manager seems to lack the experience to give good customer service.

As indicated above, the chair was not delivered when requested. I contacted the company one day later and they told me it was back ordered. I asked why they had not advised me of this by email, and the agent did not know. The agent assured me, however, that it would be delivered within 2 or 3 weeks.
When the chair had not been delivered within 3 weeks, I contacted the company again on Thursday, August 28. The automated system advised that the order was in process. I then asked to talk to a live agent. The agent first advised me that the chair that was ordered was no longer in inventory. I told her that the automated system had just advised me that it was in process, and that previously I was told it was on back order. She placed me on hold to get additional information. When she came back, she advised me that the order was deleted for inventory reasons or something like that then she said that it can be re-ordered and she had something like 78 in stock. I was totally confused at this point and told her that this sounds like a lot of BS (letters used not the words) to me, and just when I was about to ask to speak for a manager, I heard a high pitch noise on the phone and got cut off.
I called again. This time I specifically asked for a supervisor from the get go. I explained the entire history to the supervisor. She did not know why I had never been provided with any updated status, and apologized for that. She asked if my credit card had ever been charged, but it had not. I thought that they may not do so until dispatch of the order and did not think any more about it. She re-ordered the item, and gave me an extra 10- percent for the inconvenience. I then specifically asked when would it be delivered. She stated that our account offers next business day deliveries. Since I talked to her on Thursday morning, I specifically asked if it would be delivered on Friday. She assured me that it would be. The chair was not delivered as promised on Friday. I called

on Saturday. Get this: the automated system advised me that the order had been delivered!!! I laughed and asked for a supervisor. The supervisor on duty told me that UPS had picked up the order and should deliver it on Tuesday, September 2. I explained that it should have been delivered on Friday, August 29. The supervisor explained that because this was a long holiday weekend, the best he could do is the following Tuesday. It appears that

mishandled the order again and it did not get to UPS until the early AM on Friday. UPS is not required to deliver until sometime the next business day, i.e., the following Tuesday.
I do not intend to purchase from

again except for in-store purchases of inexpensive office items when purchasing from somewhere else would be inconvenient. Whatever you do, do not buy from Home Depot on line or through the 800 number if you need something delivered by a specific date. As you can see, good communications and professional and efficient handling are not company strengths.
