"They're well-known. They're closer than anybody else. They're a chain and have very good prices. The pharmacist that is there, I've been very" pleased with. He's been very helpful for my wife. We were paying great prices before she got Medicare for the prescription. We paid 50 bucks or so to join the
club and the price is just. He saved us a lot of money. He's been very helpful and understanding. I like him a lot.

Pharmacy reviews in Gadsden

I have used the pharmacy for about 2-1/2 years. I keep going back to them because they are a compounding pharmacy. They are awesome and personable. They work to make sure I am getting the very best product. I like their personal touch.
- Pauline S.

I've used this pharmacy for approximately 1 year to deliver my mentally disabled sister her meds in weekly bubble packs. They come 7 days to a sleeve and are divided up each day for morning and evening meds. I take care of my sister who lives in Indiana and I live in Florida so everything I do has to be done through the mail or internet. Out of the approx. 12 months that I have used them, at least 5 times they have ran it to the very last day to deliver her meds against my request to have them sent at least 2 days sooner because my sister has to get a ride to the post office to sign for them and that's not easy for her to do. So sometimes even though the meds were there (at her post office) on the day she needed them, she couldn't get there to get them that same day. Eventually
Gadsden Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
decided to send her 2 months at once so that they'd always be a month ahead. That didn't last. They just didn't send it one particular month after that. THEN they started coming by themselves and I didn't have to call anymore. THEN they didn't this month. My sister's last pills were to be Sunday, 2/22 and she hadn't received her refill yet as of 2/16 so I called

on 2/16. I spoke to

who said my sister should have 2 weeks of meds left, not one. I assured her she only had one week.
Gadsden Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
said my sister must've lost the other week then. (That is impossible, as the 4 sleeves arrive together and are kept together). I suggested that maybe they accidentally only sent 3 sleeves (weeks) last time. Of course she said there was no way THEY made a mistake. She said she couldn't run her meds through insurance again until 2/23 and promised me that she would ship them on 2/23 and they would arrive on 2/24. This was leaving my sister 2 days without meds but I didn't have a choice as

would not ship them any earlier or give me an alternative. On 2/24 the meds were NOT delivered. My sister called me in a panic attack because she stayed home all day and waited for the

who came but didn't have her meds. I called

at 4:20pm. I was told by another female that

(the person I deal with) was gone for the day and I'd have to call back the next day. I proceeded to tell her (I think her name was

??) the situation. She said they were mailed 2/23 regular USPS mail and there was nothing else she could tell me and to call back tomorrow and ask for

. I asked her if she realized the severity of this situation. My mentally disabled sister is without her meds already of 2 days now it will be tomorrow? I told her if they were mailed on 2/23 REGULAR MAIL, why would
Gadsden Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
have assured me they'd be at her house by 2/24. She didn't know the answer to that either. Obviously I was very upset...and scared for my sister's health. Again I'm in Florida, she's in Indiana. I can't even get to her. I called

the following day, today, 2/25 and spoke to

said the meds did not go through insurance on Monday as she thought they went through yesterday (2/24) and were shipped out yesterday. I asked her why she didn't have the courtesy to at least call me and let me know the meds weren't going to be delivered as promised (again). She said, "Well I'm sorry about that but there are 5 sleeves (weeks) in the mail to her now and since you were VERBALLY ABUSIVE to MY staff yesterday, you have 5 weeks to find a new pharmacy!!!!" I tried to explain to her that I was not the least bit verbally abusive. Upset? Yes. ABUSIVE? No. I didn't even curse or raise my voice. Just upset due to my concern for my sister and the fact that

wasn't concerned at all.
Gadsden Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
did not let me talk, she just yelled at me again I don't even know what because I was trying to explain to her my side, but she just hung up on me. Now, I'm not upset because I can't order through them anymore. Obviously I wasn't going to anyway. I'm just in shock at the customer service displayed on

time and time again and this just topped it off.
Gadsden Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
is supposedly a "pharmacist". I would've guessed she would've had a little more sense than this. And I would've thought from a business stance, she would've wanted to hear my side of the story. I was appalled. I have never in my life written a review on a company until now. I'm a super busy person (full time job and full time mom) with medical issues of my own, writing this review is the last thing I have time for, but I thought it necessary that other perspective customers know this. I know most people don't look up reviews on pharmacies, but if I can help just one person avoid going through what I am going through right now then I'm good with that. My sister is currently 1200 miles from me and on her 4th day without meds, as they did NOT arrive today either. Today is 2/25/15 and she's bee out of meds since the morning of 2/22/15. I'm just hoping she gets through this. She doesn't understand why they're doing this to HER. I've tried to explain to her that it's not HER. It's

and that we won't be using them...ever again.

It's A excellent. It's wonderful. The manager there is very nice. He's understanding. He'll talk to you and give you suggestions about other things. They listen. They don't rush through things. They're open for discussion. They'll talk with you. They don't just give medicine away. They want to help you get better. They'd get an A on everything.
- Victoria B.

They have knowledge and pharmacists and they are there 24/7. My girlfriend started throwing up and I had to figure out what to do about that and the pharmacist helped me a great deal to make sure I had the right over the counter medicine to help her and it worked. However, sometimes it just takes a while.

It's really convenient to our house and I'm there a lot anyway because I have 2 small children. And, they have a really great rewards program. They do like the 5% back and their pharmacy rewards program is really good too.
- Andrea K.

They've always been really good. What stands out is their location. They're usually fairly prompt. I've been pleased. They're always very knowledgeable.
- Troy A.

I have used every pharmacy in this town and I have always gone back to them. All the technicians and pharmacists were really empathetic when they knew me. Couple of days ago, the pharmacist stopped what she was doing and came out and showed me what I needed. Once they tried ordering over the counter stuff for me from their corporate offices, but they would not let them. However, they went through the trouble of trying, so I would say that is the best pharmacy in Lake
Gadsden Drug Stores Provider Name Locked
as far as personal attention.
- Marc M.

I chose them over the other pharmacies because of the convenience, their professionalism and price. Their price is right and they’re very professional. Normally I drop my prescription off and when I come back, I pick it up. The little communication that I’ve had, I would give them a good grade.
