Sample Architects Reviews

"We moved into our house about 6 weeks ago and we couldn't be happier with how things turned out. I would recommend
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
to my friends, and I would use them again.
"Received 6 or so plans. 3 of which were good, and the rest were not very useful. The
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
clearly spent a lot of time working on it. The space was extremely complex vaulted ceilings and nooks and crannies. I enjoyed the process. My only critique was the botoom tier of submissions were not even competitive. I gave the quality an A because of the winning submission, but the lower tier were a C and the mid tier a B."
"Not exactly what I was hoping it would be. We did not use
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
for any work. His estimate was high compared to other landscarpers for what we did talk about. This was 2 yearsa go so my review should be taken with a grain of salt at this point.
"I wanted to purchase the Big Deal advertised for a General Contractor for a Week, but when I checked their Contractors State License it said that the sole owner was
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
Terriquez, she held a class B license since 2008 and that the company had no Workers' Compensation insurance. When I sent an email asking
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
Terriquez, who was advertised as the contact, if they hired sub-contractors for the work, he wrote back that "we do not sub nothing out everything is in house it will me and me and my crew for the last 12 years", which, of course, is illegal without Workers' Compensation insurance. I sent an email to have him clarify and never heard back. BE CAUTIOUS! If you hire a contractor who has employees and no workers' comp. if anyone gets injured the homeowner has liability. Too many of these Big Deals advertised are problematic. Check their license before hiring them."

(owner) of
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
, was extremely professional. He has laser focus when listening and based on what I said, he made excellent suggestions that I hadn't considered but got me closer to my "dream" home.
I got the sense that
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
is confident in his abilities and that he brings years of experienced. He is an excellent communicator, listener and professional. I could see that customer satisfaction is a priority for him.
Prior to meeting
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
, I felt I was in WAY OVER MY HEAD with the Kitchen, Bathroom, Living Room, and Bedroom renovation.
I left the meeting with next steps in my renovation projects and the names of 2 contractors that
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
had worked closely with on other projects and whom he trusted.
Unfortunately, the house inspection resulted in major (costly) system issues so I had to walk away from the home. However, I will be calling
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
to help me design and plan my renovation project on the next home I do end up purchasing.
Call this guy! He'll save you time, frustration, and money with his well thought out designs and 3-D computerised floor plans.

Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
is very thorough and professional. His crews had to repair a deteriorating building over the course of 5 months. Work included carpentry, roofing, window repair, door replacement, siding repair, and painting. They also installed a concrete patio and trench drain.
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
coordinated with other contractors who were working at the site. He communicated regularly with us about progress, and gave detailed reports on any problems encountered. It was truly a collaborative arrangement and we are very pleased with the results. Several neighbors complimented us. The one who summed it up best said: "Your old house is smiling again."

Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
team is the most compassionate, professional and hardworking people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. During an extremely stressful time, after a fire that gutted my house to the studs, the team worked day and night to get me back in my home in a remarkably short time frame. The fire occurred on March 23, 2013 and I moved back into my newly built and re-designed home on October 30, 2013. One team after the other and sometimes multiple teams worked in conjunction with each other to speed the process along. I came by on a daily or twice daily basis to see the progress. If I saw something I didn?t like or understand, I would text, email the project manager and he would explain or change it by the next day. He and his job sight superintendent, were right on top of every minor detail. I am very grateful that I found this company to rebuild my home. I was extremely happy with

work from beginning to end.
"We own our "new master" style colonial home in Orange Hunt estates. These homes were constructed in 1970 and the master bathrooms highlight the 70's-era design. Ours featured baby blue tiles & toilet, a single basin vanity, and a small shower stall. The bathroom was tiny, with wall space for only one towel rack.
Our renovation plan included expanding the bathroom into the master bedroom, and thus, a complete gutting of the current bathroom. Walls were demolished and rebuilt, changing the size, shape and layout of our existing bathroom.
We had 3 companies provide estimates. The first wouldn't give us a ballpark price until we commited to selecting finshes. Since our project involved major construction, we were reluctant to spend time selecting tiles until we knew what sort of cost we were getting into. The 2nd estimate was the lowest price-wise, but we were unimpressed with the design. Next was
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
from NRG. He worked several versions of the design until we found one that we liked. He was very upfront with expected costs and timeframes. It wasn't a difficult decision to select NRG for the project.
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
and his wife,
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
, helped us through the selection of finishes...everything from the new double vanity to light fixtures. They did all the ordering and receiving and we simply watched as our bathroom transformed.
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
was a joy to work with throughout the process. He devised innovative ideas when problems arose and actually custom-built our vanity light fixtures when we discovered the lights wouldn't mount properly over the mirror we'd chosen. He responded very quickly to any email questions or concerns we had, and was always very professional and honest.
The NRG crew was great. Always punctual and respectful, the guys worked incredibly hard and took care to protect the rest of the house as much as possible from the inevitable construction chaos.
Our finished bathroom is a delight, and we are thrilled with both the look and functionality brought to the space by
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
and the NRG crew.
As soon as we

the lottery, we plan to call
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
back to finish our basement and remodel the kitchen.
"I thought Archetype was fantastic and was instrumental in making our renovation and design project into a fun and enjoyable project. We did a basically complete gut renovation of an apartment in the Boulevard, on 86th and Broadway. The staff at Archetype, especially

, were truly remarkable in their ability to address any problems as they arose, but more importantly, to prevent problems in the first place. I am still amazed how in the renovation/design business, vendors can consistently send the wrong or damaged product. However, any time this happened, the staff at Archetype was right on it and prevented any delays from happening. Archetype was also key in working with the contractor. As anyone contemplating a renovation should know, there are a lot of decisions to make and a lot of people to deal with. It was a tremendous relief to know that I would not have to deal with the contractors and subcontractors on a regular basis and there was a team of people (at Archetype) looking out for me and my family's interests. I thought their design aesthetic was perfect, and seemed to know exactly what I would like and they seemed to know my own taste better than I did. Archetype helped us from architectural questions as to where a wall should go, to color of rooms, to light fixtures and bathroom fixtures - truly everything in my apartment. And, now that we are living in our apartment for almost 2 years, we get rave reviews and non-stop compliments on the work that was done.
I highly, highly, recommend Archetype, and
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
, who is the owner, and also make sure you get to work with
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
, who is really the best.
"This got off to a shaky start and then went nowhere. I purchased this in January 2013 and
Empire Architects Provider Name Locked
did contact me right away. After some email back and forth, I dropped the ball not sending him photos of the bath. Fast forward to June when I contacted him again to see if he would still honor the deal, which he said he would. I sent him the photos, we had some more back and forth emails, that ended with me trying to reach him and not hearing back.
