Business Description: Residential and commercial construction consultant for the homeowner and small business. I am an independent, union trained carpenter/contractor with 40 years experience in and around Birmingham including commercial, as well, as residential projects. With strong self motivation and ability to see projects to their successful completion I have directly overseen the production of projects from home remodel and room additions to half dozen Walmart Supercenters in this area including Hoover and Eastwood. Hiring a consultant enables you to build with confidence while saving money. My clients are everyday folks that are their own contractors making their own decisions. By utilizing my 40 years of dealing with administrators, architects, building officials, subcontractors, auditors, safety and erosion control my clients build with much more confidence and success. When you are ready to build at the lowest cost possible while building equity into your project or just plain saving cash, I'll be happy to meet with you.
