"515Contractor came when he said would and the service was provided quickly and competently. The asphalt was cut well and the debris removed the same day. The cement went in on the date it was scheduled and clean-up was complete. We STRONGLY recommend this contractor.

was amazing. He came by and estimated the cost and told me exactly what I should expect to pay for materials and labor. The windows were installed in a timely fashion and look quite nice.
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
is timely with the invoicing and billing process as well. I would definitely use them for future projects.

"Promised a certain start date 11/18 and was late for that. Should have known then. Didn't tell me in October when he took $6000.00 of my money they couldn't start til mid November. Then swore they could complete 3 bathrooms in 3 weeks. In a five story home. I knew better. Only sent one guy to do all the work. Did you hear that 5 stories!! tiling in the garage carrying it up 5 flights alone?
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
said he didn't really consider that when he bid on the job. He's a contractor who sent 1 guy to do the work how do you not know? The guy who did all the work did good work but let strangers into my house while I was gone. Caught him 2 times who knows how many times it happened? I hired Redi Electric to do the kitchen lighting because they obviously couldn't handle what I gave them. Didn't let them complete alot of the work because somehow even with taking away alot of work the price skyrocketed...all I added was radiant floor heating. We even did alot of demolition and they wouldn't give us anything off the price. Even took their trash to the dump no price drop. The rest of the work I needed done I decided to have someone else do. They told me $12,000 ended up being $16,000 ...and they did less work ...and made a mess of my carpet. Said they would send a pro to clean it but I know I'll never hear from them again. At the beginning when discussing what work I wanted done I told them Arctic glass was coming to remove the mirrored walls...this was before he told me they would start in mid november. Arctic Glass said $135 to remove mirrors from the wall.
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
said he'd do it for $80.00. What he didn't say was $80 a mirror ... there were 3 large ones and one small..very small mirror He charged me $480.00 and felt no shame in what he was doing. That's just one example of how they inflated prices. I could go on and on. Oh wait I added medallions under two overhead lights he wanted to charge me $60.00 each but when I laughed he did me a "favor" and did it for "free" How did I end up $4000 over the estimate? Real nice way to do business
I was lied to and taken advantage of. Stay away from these guys. There was always an excuse for why someone didn't show up and lots of broken promises. How many car accidents can happen in 7 weeks?
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
showed up really quick to get his money I will say that for him. He worked here maybe a total of 12 hours his partner did all the rest of the work.

"This was supposed to be a fairly small, one day job. The project was to remove a wall that was installed to house a big screen tv. Behind this wall was supposed to be a wall that had been completed during the building of the house. An easy demolition and clean up job. However when the wall was removed the back wall was not completed, or even sheet rocked. This now became a much bigger job, requiring much more time, labor, and materials. Even though
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was on a very tight schedule he never complained and did his due diligence and took his time and made sure the project was done to mine and his satisfaction. He is very meticulous and caring in his work. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I am very impressed by his and his son's work and work ethic. He also made sure every thing was picked up and clean when he left the job site. Definite 4 stars.

"After 3 weeks had passed and no word from him, we contacted him by leaving a message. He responded a week later saying that he would have everything complete by the following week. That week came and went. I called and left a message 3 days ago and still have not heard anything. If
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
is behind on lots of projects that's fine, but better communication would prevent the frustration that we are experiencing, considering we already paid for the design service.

"I purchased the new vinyl windows from Lowe's before contacting
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. He came out and gave me an estimate the same day I called, and completed the work the next day.
The casement window (that I measured and purchased) was a little bit too wide for the rough opening and he had to cut siding to install the window. He did not increase the agreed upon price, although he probably could have.
The quality is very good - it makes the rest of the windows and trim in my home look bad in comparison. He is also a very nice man, my girlfriend (who was home during the work) enjoyed the time he was in our home.

"The work on this project was, as usual, excellent and on time which is why I always recommend
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
to anyone needing home remodeling or repair work done.
Water condensed in one of the bathroom exhaust ducts where it then leaked into our bedroom ceiling. I called
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and he was on it in two days and did all the required work in one day, including adding insulation to the attic.
He and his crew have done quite a bit of work in our home for the last several years. They've done everything from remodeling closets and our fireplace, installing new windows and rebuilding and widening one door and replacing our deck door as well as other repairs. This past summer they rebuilt our deck. As far as I'm concerned, the deck is a masterpiece! They enlarged it and built it to my design with no arguments or complaints. ALL our neighbors have commented and complimented us about it as do walkers and people driving by. Actually had several stop and ask who did the work. Next year they're going to reinstall more windows and do some pretty major ceiling repair downstairs to repair water damage from a leaking sink upstairs.
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
's prices are reasonable, sometimes less than quoted, never more and, on the deck, lower than other bids.
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
ALWAYS returns calls! Communicating with him is excellent and if he sees something I've missed, like the blow-in in the attic, he'll tell me and let ME decide whether or not to continue. There is no coercion that others sometimes have. Again I highly recommend
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
for any home remodel or repair jobs.

Supreme Painting are the real deal. Without digressing too much, contracting with
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
has been an awesome experience. Professionalism and communication are very important traits for my wife and I, and
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
demonstrates these qualities in every way. Trying to be a smart consumer, I sought three bids to repaint my living room, including
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Supreme Painting and two other contractors (both having high
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
on Angies list). I did not know it at the time as
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was the first contractor I contacted, but he set the bar very high for the other bidders. The day I called, he was able to come to my house and bid my living room. He presented as very competent and experienced, listening to me as I illustrated my vision of the living room and then effectively explaining what he planned on doing and how. He sent an email that night with the bid amount and estimated approximately one day of work, his cost was reasonable and competitive. He was also able to separate the primary cost of my living room with additional jobs I wanted, such as removing a wall mirror and retexturing as needed. The other two contractors were much slower in their approach with me. After getting my bid from
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
(all in one day) it took about two weeks for both bidders to have their bids completed and sent to me (one estimated five days for the primary job and another five days for the mirror removal -- are you kidding me?). The lack of communication and slow place started to frustrate me. Furthermore, both other contractors generally seemed less interested in my concerns and wishes regarding the job. Needless to say, when I finally received the third bid; the choice to go with
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was a no-brainer.
As far as the job went, I could not be more impressed with the work
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his foreman did. An absolute transformation of my living room to put it simply. Everything was painted impeccably, and it was exactly how we envisioned it. Furthermore,
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
never skimped on the details, making sure every surface was appropriately textured and imperfections corrected. The job took a little more than a day to complete, right on with
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
’s initial estimate and quite impressive considering our living room is pretty large. He even removed the ridiculously large and cumbersome wall mirror free of charge so we did not have to deal with it.
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
’s professionalism and responsiveness in conjunction with the results of our living room (the services we paid for) really made this a pleasant experience. We really feel like we paid a fair price for great service. We enjoy our new living room and working with
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
so much we are going to contract him for additional jobs we have around the house. The bottom line is
Anchorage Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
Supreme Painting has to be one the potential contractors you seek a bid from, and I will recommend them for anyone who needs contracting work in the future. Thanks guys – you rock!
