It went well. I have 2.25 bps. It is nearly $60/mo. only for the ISP. Phone is extra and is a must. They have optic cable all over the place and offer TV cable. Right now I have DirecTV and I'm considering satellite internet. There is no competiton other than dialup if that is still offered in this day and age. 2.25 bps is too slow to stream TV and chokes on audio once in a while.
Prior to moving here, I had

's wireless service at Crystal Beach. I was satisfied with it even if it was a bit expensive. I had trouble with dial-up and and moved from SWB to AT&T and got better service. After the buyout, SWB's attitude of "let us eat cake" prevailed and I moved to

It fixed the problem for about two days. We then began having outages lasting anywhere from five minutes to an hour or more. The outages occurred almost every day of the week. I answered yes to tho the question, "Would you use this provider in the future?" as there is no other provider available in the remote region of

where I reside. If there were, I would most certainly switch.

Internet and telephone service began having trouble (on/off internet, terrible static/noise on telephone line) after a contractor failed to cut the wires during a demolition project. After much anger and rash decision making by a junior manager, service guys came posthaste. An hour or less of onsite collaboration by two service provider companies, the problem was found and solved. Tempers simmered back down to normal and life became livable again.

The tech arrived approximately when he was supposed to and got to work setting up the service, adding the line, and whatever else he needed to do to set up my internet service. The tech was pleasant and didn't waste time; he did what he needed to do and was on his way.
The price is what I pay every month for my internet, I don't have telephone or cable service with them. The installation was free of charge.

It went great! This company has been providing me with internet service and telephone service via fiber optic cable for the last two years. They have been wonderful and quickly responsive to assist after area wide power outages caused service outage. The BEST internet provider I have ever had, and I have used providers in ten different states! If you want to support our LOCAL businesses this one needs to be at the top of the list for this area.

Lost phone service to our land line ( yes I still have one) looked in the AT&T phone directory who to call for service, no phone number given. Googled AT&T phone number for service and found it, or so I thought, called that number and got on and automated menu and eventually ended up on a wireless site. Eventually we found a human to talk to, actually 7 of them, after 1:20 minutes we were told that there must be a bigger problem in the area based on our wireless signal strength, and they would look into it and get back wth us. I guess they are still looking, meanwhile we still have no phone service or any idea when we will.

They can't find anything and yet I STILL do not have phone or internet service 50% of the time. Still being CHARGED full price for a service I am unable to use.
So tired of getting the run around from them. Customer service doesn't speak English. They read their script, make an appointment. The tech shows up, looks around and says nothing's wrong. If nothing is wrong then why can't I get a brand new phone to work? Or even an ancient non-electronic phone to work? Where is the high speed internet you promised me? Why are you billing me for a service I can't use?
I have ZERO phone service and have had NO PHONE for the last week. My internet may or may not work. Nobody seems to know WHY altho the issue is CLEARLY from the phone line to the house as there is NO DIAL

They still charge me for a full month of service even though I have not been able to USE the service because it doesn't work. Ridiculous!
I'm so disgusted with them but I'd rather use the

Unplugging the router and waiting a minute and turning back on usually fixes it but I don't think it should happen as often as it does. On another note, their online payment site is not user friendly. One would think that for an internet/cable/phone supplier it would have a user-friendly site to pay online. Also when I first started with this internet/cable tv/telephone supplier, the remote did not work if more than 2 feet from the control box on the TV. it took a year and the 3rd different technician to come up with a solution to make the remote work on my TV.....it should have been working the first day. I think the price is too high for the service provided.

Technician arrived on time and did a good job.
When I called to set up the appointment , which was a referral,
Anchorage Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
never informed me that the labor charge includes travel time to and from the place of service. That added on an hour of labor ($130) to the bill, which was only a 1.5 hour job and there's an $8 fuel surcharge.
When I called and spoke to
Anchorage Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
to pay for services he seemed less than apologetic for the mishap.
