"Plumber chipped off parts of doorway carrying toilet into master bathroom. Said water regulating valve would show no noticeable difference in water pressure (wrong! - water pressure was markedly reduced.) Did not install faucet as requested. Had much clean up after he left - black 
in bathroom and silver glue all over outdoor water valve. I have previously used this company with good results, but will try somebody else next time."

"It was a 2-day job to replace house plumbing and relocate new water heater. First day went smoothly. Second day plumbers ran into unexpected structural problems with the house, but worked at least a double shift to complete the work on schedule, with no additional cost. The plumbers were professional and skilled, and involved us in any decisions to modify the original work plan. After the plasterers completed their work, the follow-up plumbing was also done in an excellent fashion.
The plasterers, who were subcontracted by , also did an excellent and professional job in restoring all wall surfaces to their original condition. There were at least 10 large holes in walls and 5 in ceilings to access and replace plumbing, all of which were restored to original condition.
Both plumbers and plasterers did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. All work was completed on schedule and at the originally estimated price. We are very satisfied with this company and feel their price and quality of work is excellent."

"They picked up the hot water tank that I had purchased. They brought it over and installed it. They also took away the old one. I spent about $325 on the job. It is hard to find people who do what they say they would do and I was really impressed with them. The handyman was actually a woman and she was fantastic. She kept in touch with me. She came out on time. She did the work quicker than she had estimated and also, it cost me $25 less than what she had estimated. I couldn?t have asked for more. I will use this company again in the future."

"We called at 4:30pm on Monday. At 8:00am on Tuesday, and arrived to do an estimate. They gave us options and recommendations. They returned Wednesday at 8:00am to install a new water heater in a very tight spot. They were efficient, entirely professional, personable and informative. Every old fitting and line was replaced and brought to code. They tidied up and spent the time to tell me exactly how to maintain the unit for longer life. They pointed out all the features and operation. Could not be more pleased with this company's employees. We will use them for all our plumbing needs.
Update four months later:
The company was very resistant to honoring the Angie's List discount. First they claimed they forgot. After several months of badgering, they finally sent a check for one-third. We were very disappointed by the management."

Overall, everything went well. and his assistant, , are terrific workers. They keep moving and are very efficient. They are professional and clean up afterwards. "Called Sunday about 7:00 pm, they arrived within one hour, replaced top water heater element, cleaned up and were done in 20 minutes and we had hot water 20 minutes later."

"Work was prompt and of high quality. No estimate was given. Total time on-site was 6 hours. Itemized bill included $800 for installed water heater--in other words about $400 in excess of materials cost, or about 6 hours labor @ $65/hr. But, the $800 was by no means comprehensive. In addition to base charge, bill included: $40 for (required by code); $57 for 48" of flex pipe; $33 for 3/4" ball valve; $30 for 2' of 3/4" copper pipe; and an additional $254 (3.5 hr) for labor. At these prices, clearly has no interest in repeat customers. "

"It has never seemed helpful to me to have more than one bathroom but only be able to run one shower at a time, waiting for the water heater to reheat before the next person can shower, or do laundry, or run the dishwasher. I also didn't like having a closet in the kitchen occupied by the water heater, depriving me of valuable storage space! A tankless heater seemed the obvious answer but I hadn't found a plumber who had experience with this. Mr is knowledgeable about the models and was able to recommend one that will provide sufficient hot water to run all three showers at once. He brought in an electrician to wire a receptacle. I knew exactly what I wanted and he has capably provided it all. It would have been a simpler job to install the new water heater in the space of the old one, but didn't suit us this time. Appreciate his efforts and patience, and particularly enjoy our instant-on endless hot water supply."

"Bill Belobraydic is the best contractor I can imagine. He not only oversaw a major remodel, he also did most of the work himself and made sure all the work, whether done by him or sub-contracted, was done according to an old-fashioned standard of quality. Bill is reliable, responsible, smart, skilled, a creative problem solver, honest, fair, and pleasant to have around. If there was an emergency or a crisis and what big remodeling job doesn t have a few of those? I could count on him to figure out a way to resolve it in the best way possible. He always showed up when he said he would. His recommendations for other trades people were always excellent (because they had already passed the Bill test for working up to those old-fashioned standards). Of course, he is often booked up, but I would advise shifting your own schedule around in order to get on a waiting list for him do your remodeling job. He turns what could be a totally miserable experience into a pleasure."
