"I like because if he is not an expert on whatever I have, he doesn’t hesitate to refer me to an expert. He has never missed a diagnosis on me. He is very prompt; I

’t have to sit in the office. He is very professional."

"Dr.

does not communicate very effectively with the patient. In the exam room, he rarely looks up from his computer where he is typing. He seems reasonably thorough in his questions, though somewhat cursory in the physical exam.A major problem is that he doesn't call directly with lab results. Typically an

calls who cannot answer any questions. It is then difficult to get in touch directly with him if I have specific questions. The office runs poorly, often leaving a caller on hold for ten minutes or more. And they seem to

referrals to specialty providers, or not deal with them in an expedient fashion. When referrals are made with a specialty provider, Dr.

does not personally recommend a specialist, or discuss why that is the specialist being referred to. I get the impression that he just accepts whatever provider my insurance company randomly suggests. We are quite unhappy with the service provided and are actively looking for a different provider.

"Another major complaint was how the office staff was very poor at triage and following through on things like referrals to speciaist providers. We were told there would be a referral made by the doctor, but never was there discussion of who that provider would be (no personal experience or recommendation--it seemed like they just left it up to our insurance provider to assign a random specialist. That was very disappointing, and resulted in referals to providers that we were very unhappy with. The office staff also would often not follow through on referrals, and NEVER contacted us when a referral was approved. The staff constantly complained about Tricare, who has always treated us with excellent service, when they should have

examining their own poor treatment of their patients. It has been a very dissatisfying two years, and we are currently looking for a new provider.

"Great Office location, "Bankers Hours" Office setup, and terrible bedside manner. No follow up. Snide comments from Doctor. I did not get the feeling that he was interested in even attempting to become familiar with me as a new patient. Very negative experience for me!"

"Overall, the experience was good. I liked her and was very comfortable with her. She seemed to listen and take her time. My only complaint is that she had said that she wanted to see me within 1 or 2 months, but I couldn't get another appointment for 2 !/2 months...after waiting almost 3 for the first appt. I will definitely continue with her for now."

"It was an excellent visit. He did a great job. He has a great nurse. He is a pharmacist, which I like. He knows a lot about the medicine, so he can figure out what medicines to use in what order. If I need a referral, he always provides one. He has good people skills and good diagnostic skills."

"She is really very good. She is good with older people. She is young and really knows her business. She is really a pleasant and up beat person. She is very knowledgeable. She is very responsive to assist you, she gets back to you within 24 hours no matter what the problem is."

"I have been seeing him for about one year. He is great! He has great communication skills and a good sense of humor. He is really knowledgable and listens to his patients. He is everything that you want in a Doctor."

for about one year. He is really knowledgable about allopathic and alternative medicines. He is very good at explaining how he is approaching your healthcare. He understands that each patient is different and he listens to every individual. He has a good sense of humor. I am very happy with my choice and I feel fortunate that Dr.

"Both my husband and I have found it difficult to communicate with Dr.
Tucson Internists Provider Name Locked
. He is quick to refer patients out but the referrals come from from his office staff not him personally and then there is no follow-up. He seems to be very good with patients with chronic conditions such as FM, but this is not our situation. He is quick to prescribe but when one of my medications was causing a breathing problem he failed to consider a possible reaction to the medication as the problem and diagnosed asthma. After 2 years of dealing with inhalers etc. another specialist suggested I was over medicated. When I stopped the medication, all breathing problems went away. It had been such an easy fix to what had turned into a real problem for me.
