was neet and clean when he arrived to do the estimate (we couldn't believe that he actually put little shoe booties on to protect our floors before entering our home). He told us what size A/C we needed for the square footage of our home. We will also be getting a $500 energy tax credit. He gave us the install date and the time he would be here to do the job. He was true to his word and was here exactly when he said he would be. He had the A/C installed in minimal time and cleaned up afterwards, as if there was never anyone here. He checked the unit out to make sure the A/C was putting out cold air and the heat pump was putting out heat. He showed us how the programable, digital thermostat worked. "Old Gas Pack was troubleshot and determined to have had catastrophic failure, which was verified by us. Pack was replaced with energy efficient model, on the day and price that they stated. Ducting going into the residence had to be modified quite a bit and though I had my doubts...this turned out to be done with excellence. New thermostat was installed and new wires run. Very professional owner and employee that treated us with respect. Very knowledgeable in their specialty and provides options for the customers with questions. And one last item which put the icing on the cake...they cleaned up the work areas when they were finished. Highly recommend."
