"I called the district manager, and she let me know it was their error in billing and she would take care of it. I asked for an email that" it had been handled which she agreed to do and over a week later i still haven't received it. I called the collection agency today and am still on the books. I was told that AZ Sanitation sends corrections on Fridays to the collection agency, but it is now Wednesday and nothing has been done. I have called on three occasions and left messages asking she let me know why there was holdup on closing my account with collections and haven't received a return call. I asked to speak with her supervisor and was told she didn't have one. The only person higher up was the owner of the company and I couldn't talk to him. This is very frustrating as I have always paid my bills on time and have an excellent credit rating.

"Beware of this company. The size of the job was similar or smaller than work completed 3 months ago. The quote for the job was twice as much as previous job. " It was a classic bait and switch. They offered a "discount" but increased cost for services. When I tried to negotiate, the crew did not care and left. The last time I used them I had tipped generously.

Wonderful company! Very responsive to my emails over the weekend. I had a very job (just an old couch) but the owners recommended that I could throw in a few more items and still stay at the minimum charge, which was thoughtful and considerate. They do in-person estimates for the bigger jobs though. Called when they were ...More about 20 minutes away, arrived exactly when they said they would. They were professional, careful, friendly, and hard-working. I will definitely hire them again!

In the past three months of new service, I can honestly say that I had to call Waste Management over 15 times to get them to come pick up the trash. When we first started the service, they missed both the trash pick up and the recycling at least three times, which required phones calls from me for two weeks. Then they missed the trash cycle again, ...More until they finally were able, after three weeks of constant calling, to figure out the pick up. The recycling continued to be a problem. This last month was the first month they finally were able to get the pick ups on the scheduled days. I told them I wanted a refund for all the times they had missed pick ups on the recycling and the three times they missed on trash. They apologized and said they would definitely refund my account. When I got the bill, all they took off was 10 dollars. The bill was 139.00 dollars. (they had increased it $10 dollars already on the new bill, which had been $129.00 the first quarter). When I called to complain they said that the recycling was free so they don't reimburse that. I told them my time spent on the phone continually calling them to come get the trash they had missed was worth more than $10 and they had also missed regular trash several times. They said the cost of the trucks driving, and other fees, cause them to not give more of a refund. So they were charging me the fees it cost for them to finally come out and get the trash, even though it required me to call for days in a row because they would continue to promise they would come, then they wouldn't. He came back on the line and said he could give me a $29.00 refund, which still seemed ridiculous to me. I had been told from a customer service rep the last time I had talked to them that they would give a "significant refund" since it was noted all the times I had called. I don't consider $29.00 significant. I was a new customer, they should have been concerned about how horrible my service was and at least compensated half the bill, since half the time they had been late on the pick ups and forced me to call as much as 4 times (4 days) in a row for each miss to get them to pick it up. When I told them I was just going to cancel service, they said fine and canceled. And guess what? My three containers they were supposed to pick up already are still sitting out front.....

MLK day is never certain with Waste management.. I checked their website and it said they recognized this holiday and
trash pickup would be delayed a day.So I waited until the following day. Never came. Called 1/20. Was promised trash would
be picked up that day by 6 p.m. or 12:00 noon the next day.......Never happened. Called 1/21. THAT ...More lady told me I would be credited and they would come the following Monday my usual trash day...Umm lady, the trash bin is completely full now. Okay,
they will be there by 6:00 p.m..........Never happened..
Just one amusing sidenote, My next door neighbor had the same problem as I. But one explanation she got that I did not
was the trash man came but couldn't find trash bin. Where is it? asks. On the street neighbor says. Which street?
replies. "The only street in front of my house at the end of a cul de sac.
I'm contacting Arizona Sanitation.

We were very pleased with the service & efficiency. We called on Monday, they came on Wednesday to check out the job, called the next day with the cost, and removed the hot tub on Friday. Because it had to be taken out through a wrought iron gate, it was necessary to cut the tub in 4ths, after removing the thick flagstone-topped stucco surround. ...More None of the flagstone adjacent to the patio was broken, & all of the debris was hauled away. We were very impressed & would use this company again.

There is a time they usually come, but sometimes they will surprise you, and come out on a completely different hour. They are reasonably priced. In terms of responsiveness, I did have an issue with them that was not completely resolved.

One of the springs broke on our garage door. Got a referral for from a neighbor. I was out running errands and had an erratic schedule, and they managed to wedge an appointment in on a few hours' notice. The tech was fabulously professional, offered to replace the second spring (old) - which I did ($85, saves an inevitable ...More return call), and had everything complete and cleaned up before I even got to my house. Wrote a check, done with a smile. I wish every repair was this easy!

It was difficult setting up the service, and once service started there were multiple problems prompting us to cancel service within roughly a month. We were given the wrong size garbage bin, so they didn't empty it for several weeks even though they were the ones that delivered it in the first place. The company is not very well organized.
