"Two different installers did the work. They arrived at the set time, worked efficiently and competently and the work was entirely satisfactory."

"He did a great job overall. He wanted to come on the day we phoned, but we said the next day was more convenient. When he arrived he listened to our problem (when opening the door it would not go all the way up and seemed to be generally aging) and our assessment (the spring probably needed tightening, which we knew was too dangerous for us to do), then he serviced the door (adjusting the spring tension and lubing what needed lubing). He was very fast and efficient, and very courteous. He told us our door (after 23+ years) was in great condition, did not try to sell us anything else, and gave us some general tips on garage doors. He charged us what he quoted over the phone, which was a $65 service fee. All in all, we were very satisfied, and the door works much better now."

"I called early on a Friday morning and he made it out to my house within two hours to look at my door, which had closed too far the night before. After about 15 minutes of working on the door, he diagnosed that the logic board was bad and said he could ether replace the whole unit or just the logic board. He suggested just replacing the logic board because the previous owners had recently replaced the gears and otherwise the unit was in good shape. Since he did not have the part on hand, he came back the next day and replaced the logic board along with performing routine maintenance on the door. The logic board he replaced did not have a light on it and offered to order the other part and come back to replace it at no charge to me (I declined as I didn't really need a light on the front and back of the opener). was very professional and easy to work with. His attention to detail as well as his prompt and quick service make him a great choice, especially for emergency repair work."

"Returned home to find garage door open. Saw it was off track and messed up. Call about 1:00pm. Would get to me between 4 and 6 pm. Told him I would not be available at that time. He responded, by saying, that he would come to me on his way to his next job. He arrived at 2:15pm and left a little after 3:pm. This was perfect for my schedule. "

"It went very well. He did not charge us the full service charge since there was nothing wrong with the opener and we very much appreciated that. He could have easily said it had all sorts of problems and we would not have known the difference. We are considering adding an opener to the other garage door and will definitely call to do the work. He is very pleasant and professional."

"Terrible- completely unsatisfactory. My contractor (not ) ordered from a garage door and obtained an estimated delivery date. The delivery date was not met. He obtained another estimated delivery date. It was not met either. I personally visited the office. They could not even find that an order had been submitted. resubmitted the order, and again the estimated delivery date was not met. I then had the order cancelled, and went with another company. In fairness to , I cannot be absolutely certain that the fault was not my primary contractor, not . However, I can testify that when I visited the office personally, the office staff was unprofessional. My advice - avoid them."

I explained the problem to and he said he would be right over to examine and fix the problem. He arrived within 20 minutes, examined the door, and, with my approval, set about to adjust it. Through the process he discovered the gear was very worn. Showed it to me. Agreed to fix it immediately. He was most professional, knowledgeable, and competent. The door works better than it ever has."
