I also appreciated Bill's low-key way of responding to the changes that I asked him to do (paint color, for one) - no drama, no hassle, just purely professional. He is also very knowledgeable, and gave me great advice about what was possible for the bathroom. It went from barely functional to beautiful in 2 weeks.
