"Since our decision point was toward the end of construction, our concrete foundation was already a little beat up and we looked into their product. From samples, pictures, and a house that we saw this product look pretty promising. But my wife found a tile that she really liked, and we ended going with the tile."

"The work was completed by a very experienced gentleman; clearly knowledgeable in his field. I was very pleased with their services overall!

"The workers were on time and knew what they were doing. When I had this work done by a different company on a different house, the job was more expensive but much better looking. The workers could not get the colors to work the way I wanted. In the job in the other house, the workers colored the "grout" lines so that they looked like grout. people said they don't do that. I think the job was ok overall, but I would not hire them to do it again."

"I went to their showroom which is very nice and has lots of things to choose from. I chose the pattern and the colors to be used. They did a great job. It came out just the way I wanted.
My daughter had a major part of her house done and again it looks great. When she moved the vanity in her bathroom, they came back out and made a new part of the flooring to match the old.
I get a lot of compliments on that floor. I wish it were cheaper but it is terrific."

"They worked well to get the job done and they did a good job. Their price was fine. I am planning to use them in the future."

" , from Flooring, met with me to measure the square footage of the work site and to go over exactly what was to be performed. A brochure of available finishes was provided by , and I choose a finish that I wanted to be applied throughout the house. let me know that his team would be able to begin almost immediately and that the work should take approximately 1.5 weeks to complete.
All of the work, through the application of the overlay, went smoothly. The problems began with the application of the stain to the overlay...
After several coats of stain were applied to the overlay, I noticed that the floors looked nowhere near as nice as the example in the brochure I was provided. The stain was very light and had been sprayed sporadically around the floor (some areas had a distinct pattern while other areas appear to have had stain spilled on it). I contacted and he explained that the color would all come together once the sealer was applied. After a few days of back-and-forth, I finally agreed that and his crew could begin sealing the floors.
After the initial sealing of the floor, I once again noticed the sporadic staining of the overlay and the lack of color and pattern--the floors looked nothing like the finish I had chosen from the brochure. In addition, after a few coats of sealer, the floors were still -like and were very rough. After a couple of conversations with , he agreed to sand down the overlay since the sealer would not be able to the roughness of the overlay. In addition, he agreed to re-stain the floors to more closely match the finish chosen from the brochure.
After the partially-finished floors were sanded down and another coat of stain applied, I was still not happy with the finish and the variances in intensity from one room to the next (ex. one room was very light while another room appears to have had stain spilled on the floor and rubbed around). After more conversations with , he agreed to apply stain throughout the floor to provide a more consistent finish. In addition, he was going to fix several areas were the overlay had chipped up during sanding and while moving buckets of stain throughout the house--the overlay is extremely brittle, and even after finished, any light blows to the finished product will cause the overlay underneath to chip up and the stained finish to be lost.
Long story short, we had to terminate the overdue project after three weeks because we had painters scheduled and were getting ready to move into our new home. The finished product looked nothing like the brochure, it cracked easily, hairs and drywall were sealed into the finished product, large holes in the overlay were filled in with sealer and stain, and the work site was not cleaned (walls had stain overspray; driveway and walkway have stain throughout since it was mixed on those surfaces)."

"The project from start to finish was exceptionally professional. From the architect drawing the plans, to obtaining permits, to the final inspection- and all the many steps in between. Everything went very smoothly. The work done was first rate, and as good as it gets. was polite and professional, as was the rest of his crew. He communicated every step, keeping us informed of the status and progress at all times. And amazingly, not once did the job require paying more or going over the cost on the original proposal. With the exception of things we added along the way, the price that was started with, was the price we paid. There were a few things that needed to be done to complete the project that were not on the original proposal. But did not charge us extra for these things. There were a few items that could have been done the quick and easy way, but chose to do these in a way that looks and performs the best, even though I am sure it cost more. On a side note, during the course of the project I asked if he could take a look at our master bathroom door. It is a pocket door and we have always had trouble with it falling off the track. We wanted to have it fixed, or completely replace it with a regular swinging door. I knew that putting a swinging door would take some additional time and work compared to fixing the existing track. He said he would be happy to fix it. In less than a few hours of starting this extra job, he had removed the pocket door, and installed a new door and frame along with trim. We were surprised at the speed and quality of the work he did. We had put up with that aggravating door for years, and in a couple hours, he had replaced it. I would not hesitate to recommend and . And I would certainly use him again. In fact we were so satisfied with his work, two days after the garage addition was completed, we hired him again, to convert an existing bedroom into a dining room w/French patio doors opening to the pool yard. That review will follow this one. "

"It went pretty well. They did the work in their busy season. They came when they said they would and did a good job. It rained one day and they came back afterward to finish."

"Excellent! honored an estimate that they had given us 16 months ago when we finally had the money for this patio addition. Our goal is to make a front courtyard patio as our home is small. was very responsive to our calls and questions, and we were scheduled with only a 1 1/2 week wait. The workers were very professional, arriving when they said they would and calling us with any questions. The work looks great, and we've had many neighbors ask for 's information. We paid the day of service, and got an apologetic and polite letter 2 weeks later saying that they accidentally lost the check. The letter also asked for us to repay them and to deduct any stop check fees that our bank imposes. I was wondering why the check wasn't cashed yet. All in all, I really respect this company from top to bottom, and the polite but honest letter sealed my opinion!"

"It went very well. He stuck to the quote and worked in a timely manner. He showed up on time also. The job was finished very nicely."
