"The carpet was cleaned very thoroughly, including several pet spots and high traffic areas. The two men moved and replaced the furniture as needed. They were very experienced and quick. I would definitely call them again.

"Arrived on time and cleaned tile. Tried to upsell me the entire time on services such as more square feet, cleaning my driveway, questioning whether my porcelain was travertine so he could charge extra. He even went so far as to ask me for a tile sample! Questioned history of home, claiming that there must have been more use than I claimed because grout was so dirty. Did not get all grout totally clean. Worked very fast.

came out one day to perform the estimate, next day to do the work. It was a large job, he completed a bit early by getting help. The carpets were full of dirt and dog hair and they now look terrific. Furniture was moved extensively and protection was put in place afterwards to allow drying. The carpet dried fairly quickly - hard to manage when so soiled.
A section of carpet in a hallway required re-stretching, and
Tucson Carpet Cleaners Provider Name Locked
did an excellent job at this despite the door openings that made it difficult - now the 'bubble' is completely flat.
The chair had not been properly cleaned in several years, and now is clean and smells fresh again.
The tile grout was almost black (should be light grey) - he stripped , cleaned, and sealed it - looks great. I must also add that he was gracious to also clean two small areas that I had forgotten to include in the original estimate - and did not charge more.
In summary, I was very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and quality work of

"Initially, my concern was that they sent only one person out. They offer to move the furniture, with the exception of fragile items and anything electrical. I had moved everything out of both rooms that I could but there were still a few large items in the living room. Those items the cleaner did not move out, rather he shifted them around. It made me very nervous. But for the most part the cleaning went well enough. I did not have any real staining or odor problems but there were a few areas in the room where I knew an old cat had accidents, years before, so I had them give the carpet a treatment for pet stains. The first problem was when I put the furniture back I noticed a top of a table had become separated from the legs on one side. It was an older table, but it was not very heavy and I know if two people had lifted it there not have been a problem. I let that problem slide, but I was disappointed. The second problem came a week later. Both rooms started to smell . They had not smelled before. I tried treating the spots in the living room myself but with no success. I called

and a sales person promised me she would have the owner of the company come out and redo my carpets. They warrantee their work. I agreed but I was concerned because when I started to research the problem on the internet, I read if you do have areas that have been soiled with urine, steam is not the way to go. Several sites recommended cold water only. The

representative assured me that they would take care of the problem. On my scheduled day, the cleaner who came out was not the owner of the company. I showed him the areas. In the smaller room he said he could not detect an odor. At that moment the room did not smell, but it had the day before (and it does now as I type - the smell is still there). I tried to explain this to the cleaner, but he kept insisting that if it didn't smell there wasn't anything he could do. He started to argue with me. From where I stood there was nothing to argue about. (To be honest it felt like he was doing that male, I know and you are just the women thing with me.) I wanted both rooms gone over a second time. I didn't want any fancy treatments or deodorizers (the first time the deodorizer was really strong and the smell of that lasted for days). I also didn't want to be argued with. I knew the carpet had smelled the day before. The cleaner agreed to go over both rooms. He then went outside to get his hoses but when he came back inside and said he had spoken to his boss and his boss had recommended they refund my money. I didn't want my money back at that point, I wanted my carpets re-cleaned. At first I thought they were giving me a choice. My money back or re-cleaned. But, then the cleaner said I couldn't make him clean my carpets. When I spoke to the owner of the company it was clear that the cleaner had told him I wanted my money back. In other words the employee decided he didn't want to do the job and lied to his boss to get out it. At that point I was stuck. I had all my furniture moved out and a carpet that smelled. If this is how they run the business don't deal with them. There are far too many other carpet cleaners on the

to have to do business with a company who does not employ quality people. Also, in this day and age, to have someone do that whole male thing.... please!! The only issue should have been the satisfaction guaranteed warrantee.

"Excellent service. The team was very service oriented and friendly. The job was done well.
The only issue was with the timeliness of the service. It was scheduled for 12:00 noon. The team called at 12:00 saying they were running late and would be there at 12:45. At 1:15 they called to say they were just leaving their last service, which was 45 minutes across town. So they finally arrived at 2:30. The team that arrived did explain that they were called in, when the initial team got caught up on a longer job.

"While the tile was cleaner we felt like it was very expensive though he kept assuring us that we were getting a "deal" much lower than the competitors. Maybe we were just exhausted but it was difficult to talk to him---he was definitely a "in control" gentleman. we've had tile cleaned before by other firms at our other home of similar footage and it wasn't such a huge expense. We wouldn't chose this company again.

"Today, I am left appalled by the owner of

Gechlik. This man has poor workman ship, he was arrogant, unprofessional, and rude. I even had to call the authorities because he was belligerent. Our carpet were drenched because his machine did not suck up the carpet chemicals or any dirt whatsoever. The carpets were still full of water and dirt. He took the hose from outside and sprayed carpet down from doorway (I saw him do this with my own eyes). Our carpet is so wet that the padding is drenched. He even left water all over the tiled floor. We called a well known restoration company and they told us that you should be able to walk on the floor with socks on your feet and it should just be a little damp after. These floors are soaked with water, you could not walk on them. Additionally, he did not open the doors to get behind them and there were several patches of carpet that were not even cleaned. We wanted him to clean all the carpets and he claimed he was done in less than an hour. He had a terrible machine that did not suck out the water and chemicals from the carpet at all. He wanted $254 to leave us in this kind of mess. We can’t even vacuum because it is too soaked. It will probably take two days or more to dry. I am extremely angry with his services, but more importantly, I do not others to have to experience this.

"The gentleman who did the work was also the owner. He was a really nice guy, pleasant and friendly. We were their first job of the day and closer than they realized, so they were ready to start work about 45 minutes early!
They did a good job, although they said a couple of spots on the area rug were burns when they couldn't get them out, and they're not burns. It wasn't that big a deal since it's an area rug.
I paid $89 for the Angie's List Deal which included cleaning, deodorizing, and protecting 3 rooms. They charged an extra $50 for some extra pet deodorizing, and $10 for the hallway & area rug, so I thought that was fair. However, they also charged an extra $50 for the protectant which should've been included in the Angie's List deal. Unfortunately I didn't have the Deal printed out and had forgotten it was supposed to include the protectant.
I would probably use them again if they offer another deal, but next time I'll have a copy of the deal printed out.

"Came on time, very pleasant and professional, worked very quickly, did a very good job, and was MUCH less expensive than I thought it would be. Also gave free advice and estimate on cleaning our saltillo tile.

"Heavy traffic and light carpet so in one room it was not possible to get carpet back to original color. Team went over it repeatedly and gave suggestions on how to keep it from getting so dirty, along with samples of spot remover. Great guys and I would definitely use them again.
