The salesman did not communicate my request to keep one particular tire over another to the technician, so I had to ask the technicians to change out one of the tires after all the work was done. I was also given a 2 hour time-frame for completion and it took them over 4 to finish. The sales staff was not overly friendly or helpful. For the quality and price, however, I would most likely return."

"Not good. I originally wanted to just get an oil change and had never been here before. I pulled up to the service bay, and the mechanic inside gestured that I should pull in. When I did that, one of my tires blew and the mechanic came over and yelled at me. He and the manager both said that he did not want me to drive in, and that it was my own fault that the tire was damaged. Despite this bad experience, I now had to have the spare put on and the oil change was done at the same time."

This past week (10/11/06) they kept my car six hours to install two new tires, front brakes, and an alignment. When I complained they only offered a discount on a future oil change and not a promise to reduce wait time. I don't intend to go there again."
