"
Tucson Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
is a "Blue Ribbon" shop for Nationwide Insurance. Therefore could go directly to them after filing a phone claim, without needing an adjuster to examine the car. This sped up the process. Took it in for an estimate Friday, parts delivered Monday, completed Wednesday. Looked like new."

"The work was to be done on
Tucson Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
. 7th at *am and it was, it was supposed to take one and a half hours and it did. I waited for the car and met several other customers either getting their cars looked at or worked on or being picked up or dropped off. All of these potential clients and clients all seemed to be very satisfied. My car came back and I asked to have a spot touched up and they didn't even flinch. Yes,

"I think they always do good work, they are reasonably priced and it s a nice small privately owned company. I like that the staff here is very professional, polite and very knowledgeable. They are very prompt in getting the work finished and do great fitting me in according to my schedule."

"I can say that these people did such a great job of fixing my car that it looked like I never had an accident in the first place. They answered all my questions and took care of the problem really well. The work was covered by the insurance company of the person who hit me."

"It was a disaster. I had to go back to get the

to close. Then the paint they put on started coming off in sheets. I took it back. The first person, the owner's stepson said that the car hadn't been prepped properly, but we had to talk to the owner. The owner claimed that this was normal and the result of a difference in flexibility between the car and the paint. I left and took it to another shop and asked their estimator to just look at it and diagnose the problem. He and his paint man said the car wasn't properly prepped. I called the insurance company. He called the owner. He called me back. I insisted he see the car. We agreed the second body shop. He pulled up and got out of the car and immediately recognized and remarked that the car hadn't been properly prepped.

"I got estimates from a number of shops, including some on Angie's list A rated. Most apparently are used to insurance companies picking up the tab.

estimate was less than half of the other legitimate shops. I dropped the car off at the agreed upon time, I received a call, that it was complete on the day promised. When, I picked the car up, I needed a ride back the the shop, so that I could drop off and pick up my other car. They happily provided me with the needed transportation. The paint job turned out great. The new paint completely matches the rest of the car."

"
Tucson Collision Repair Provider Name Locked
performed an estimate and repair of my car following a collision. You can't even tell that the from bumper was ever damaged. The staff also helped me with the details of collecting the cash from the person who hit my car. On the downside, the rear bumper of my car had been damaged during a previous collision. The paint was flaking off of an area on the bumper. I brought it to their attention and instead of fixing it properly, they just used some touch-up paint."

had a contract with my insurance company. I was initially hesitant, but ultimately won over by the friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff and the quality of their work; although they did have my car several days longer than expected. They discovered another part that needed to be replaced toward the end and had to wait for delivery, and I wish they had told me about that when they discovered it, but otherwise they did a fine job."

"Great experience! The work was completed on time. The staff was very friendly, they even made sure I had transportation to and from the rental car site. The service was great, they took care of all the insurance headaches. And the best part ... when I arrived to pick up my car (after the repairs had been completed )they had the car pulled up front, there was a bottle of water in the cup holder, and it had a full tank of gas, it was spotlessly cleaned from bumper to bumper."
