helped us again, very patiently going over the same questions again. He even took us the the repair shop in the back so that my mechanically inclined spouse could ask the repair techs what they thought of the machine we were considering. Wow! That was amazing service! We purchased our machine, it was delivered and installed right on time the next day. Best of all they gave our kids enormous helium balloons. I will always go to T.A. first."
