They all gave 110% to this project. The window installers were fantastic. They removed all of my window treatments and blinds. Not one thing was damaged and they cleaned up after themselves each day. Removing our old windows was not an easy task, but they never complained, in fact they were always in a good mood! The stucco repair crew were also great. They took the time to address all of my concerns and even coordinated their work with my roofer who was also doing some repair work. The painters were very pleasant gentlemen and did a great job inside and out. They removed all the window treatments and then put them back up again after the job was complete.

"He was good, but his assistant was terrible! The two jobs that did on his own were really well done and I was pleased. I continually had to ask him to go over the work that the assistant did, which was always wrong. I had asked him not to use the assistant, but he said he had to use him because he was on his payroll, and he had ...more to use him on jobs so that he wasn't sitting idle. One of the things that was done wrong was that the assistant put the handle in upside down on one of the doors. He actually asked me if I would just deal with leaving the handle upside down! I went to a home repair store and they were surprised that a carpenter would make that kind of an error. I suggested that the assistant call the store to have them walk him through how to repair the handle, but he would not. He did pull the instructions back out and finally managed to get it fixed. He complained that the whole morning was wasted because of this problem, but it was his fault! He did damage to the existing paint when he pulled the frame off of one of the doors, and now I have to repaint the door and fix damaged drywall around the door. The service would have been fine had it not been for the assistant and all of the unsupervised amateur work that he did. I would only use
