system, they broke one of my pool's pipes. The installer acknowledged this
error and promised to fix it the next business day. However, when I brought up
this issue to the store's owner (
said it wasn't their fault. I tried to explain that I did not have this issue
before installation but he would not believe me.
A couple of days later they came over and replaced the broken pipe and because
a 3-way valve was glued to the broken pipe, they had to replace that too.
Few days later, I noticed my credit card was charged for this service without
my permission. He went ahead without either sending me a bill and explaining
the charge, or asking my permission, he used my credit card information to
charge for this service. I don't remember if this had happened to me before
where a merchant uses my credit card information and bill me for something I did
not agree to and without my permission and/or signature. If this is not outright
fraud, then what is it??
This is their way of appreciating my business where I had just spent $2540
worth of products and services with them.
As far as installation is concerned, they placed the chlorine generator so
close to the ground that you could not turn the nut and open the system to
service it. This system has to be serviced every 3 months so you can imagine
the struggle I would have had if I had not asked them to fix it.
My nightmare didn't end there! While they came over to fix the broken pipe,
they damaged my Spring Check Valve. It's still leaking a fair amount of water
and I have to find someone else to come over and fix it because I will never
call these guys anymore!! I'm afraid they break something else!
Please be careful. You don't need to go through this experience...
We filed a complained with the BBB and the company did nothing. We are currenty going through the Consumer Protection Agency to see if they can resolve this issue.
He or his employee comes each week, checks the water and if there is a discrepancy or whatever, they leave a note in explanation. He answers the phone and calls you right back. We have not had the need to call him except to ask him to change the pump piping configuration to something more understandable (for us), replace the original pump after it had burned out (after about 15 years) and changed out the pump
My recommendation for his services is as stated above. I take pleasure in referring his services to others who might want the same pool treatment services which he provides.
