"He is fantastic. I found him originally years ago on the list and have continued to use him. You can call him to help whenever you need help and he will help you. He?s great. We have been through alot of pool people and he has consistently been good. "

"Contacted Spa Mechanic through email and scheduled house call. He was right on time, had the parts on his truck and fixed the leak. Works like a champ now."

" is the lady who runs the company. I started using their services after my last pool guy left. I am very pleased. I spend $60 a month. They are very good. I hardly even know when they come. The pool service guy who comes out is very quiet. I just know that the pool is looking good. He comes and goes quietly. "

"Since then we haven't had any other leaks. It solved the problem. They warned us that it would eventually need to be redone as the caulk wears out over time. It was in the skimmer so we could actually do it ourselves because we have some pool putty ourselves. It ended up being and easy fix and so they didn't charge us anymore money since it was so easy. "

"They did a great job of cleaning the deck pavers and screen enclosure.
(owner) was very helpful in explaining what he and his helper were doing, including the fact that the screen enclosure spray mix was a lighter solution than the deck spray in order to protect the plants yet strong enough to clean mold and stains off.
We are very happy with the results!"

"During our first experience, the pool was generally clean. Although, occasionally there was a slight algae build up that she would have to correct. She did not use tablets in the pool (despite the fact that we have an automatic chlorinator) and only used liquid chlorine. I am fairly certain this contributed to some of the issues we had initially. Upon renting out the house, I went back to her because she was fairly reliable/well priced. Prior to moving I put a brand new high efficiency system to include a new pump/cartridge filter/gas heater. Her performance was sub-par throughout this entire period. Both my renter (who is generally home during the week) and our neighbor across the street (who works at home) reported on multiple occasions she would spend less than 5-10 minutes a week on the pool and on MANY occasions did not even bring the pool brush back to sweep the pool. The renters reported that the pool generally did not look as if it had been swept and also occasionally had algae build up. The final straw for me was when I went home in Mar 2010 to check on any issues with my house. I attempted to open the filter but it was impossible because it was basically sealed tight due to the grime that had accumulated in the seal. It took two men to pry the filter top off after which I found a disgustingly filthy cartridge filter that had clearly never been cleaned. I immediately confronted her about the filter and it became clear to me that she had NEVER cleaned the filter. She stated that she had just cleaned the filter at the last service but when asked about why the filter was sealed so tight she incorrectly described how the new filter we purchased even opened. She also stated that she was getting ready to tell all her customers that it was time to purchase a new cartridge (annually she said). Of course if she would have ever opened my filter she would have realized that my high efficiency cartridge only needed to be replaced every three years (if cleaned properly). I truly believe that she was just neglecting to clean the filter and relying on her annual cartridge change to make it all right. Not only do I think 's performance is poor but I also think she runs an UNETHICAL business. As a final not the 3-year cartridge had to be replaced after a single year of use. I have since hired a company who although is a little higher priced does outstanding work. Since was the first pool company I ever utilized I now realize with my new company what it means to have a true POOL SERVICE!"

" 's team was outstanding! Very professional, easy to work with, and very aware of the my needs. I reviewed my account on Angies List and noticed that I did not write a review for Pool (until now). The best way to test how good a pool company is, is to monitor the pools that they put in over the course of time... I have many friends who have pools that just about represent all the major pool builders in the area. By far my pool has maintained it's perfect condition for years now.. and his team does not cut corners and will build your pool perfect in every way to your vision. I believe time tells all so that is what I will leave this at."

"Used another service company prior, prior guy damaged equipment. Crystal referred out repairs to another person who did much better job, and does the pool service itself better that prior company. Not had any problems with service"

"We have hired them but they have not yet done the job. We have a fiberglass inground pool. They came about a couple of weeks ago to check where a leak was in the pool. They will be draining out all the water and redoing the fiberglass. They said that it was going to solve the leak problem. They have given us an estimate for $20,000. Unfortunately, I am not going to interact with them directly. The people who came to do the job seemed like honest good people. They sound like a very good company."

"They completed the work in mid March. The owner is a nice guy and is easy to work with. One of his employees doesn?t seem to have the same dedication. He employs one guy for most of the jobs. I think he has contracted the job to other guys too. They were doing my pool surface and they were doing work in my neighborhood, not only on another pool, but they were doing some work on a street too. So I am assuming that they are not full time employees of and they probably contract certain jobs. The owner was pretty honest and upfront about the entire process from beginning till end. I felt that picking up of the travertine tiles was fine. We had a process coping which goes around the pool?s interior. That part was done by the guy who he employs all the time and that guy did an excellent job. He was very detailed and hard working. He was here on time too. He drained the pool in order to do that. So he was going to get the job done in a couple of days. He then refilled the pool with water. The next guys who came out just did the regular surface. They brushed everything into my pool like the sand and stuff like that. So I had a couple of inches of sand in the bottom of my pool. They just left it there until I noticed it and it got clogged up. I could make out that the pool was totally dirty and filthy. I tried to get the work done myself, but I couldn?t do it. So a pool cleaner guy came out from another pool company on a Saturday morning. He showed up early which was great, but he just left without even telling me and the pool was still somewhat dirty. I actually had to get someone else finally to completely clean the pool. I then noticed that there were some cracks on the stones and that was an issue. They then came out and replaced some of the stones. In order to get to the stone which was wrapped, they ripped it apart. So it was on my lawn and my neighbor?s lawn. My wife then cleaned it up. There was debris around. There was also an issue of money. It was really annoying when they always asked for money, but other than that it was fine. The owner seemed intelligent and seemed like he really cared. The guys who were hired didn?t have any attention to detail and they just ?t care. I liked , the owner. We agreed upon a certain amount of money being paid before the service was done and then they wanted almost half the payment before they even started the work. The finished product is not perfect since I found another stone which was not fine. The travertine tiles were very beautiful. They responded to my complaint. I will try to get multiple estimates from different companies next time and then take a decision based on that. I would have to strongly think about using their services again."
