"My 10-yr old washing machine had developed a small leak under the machine. When I turned off the water supply line to the washer, the cold water line started leaking around the handle. The valve hadn?t been turned off in a couple of years and was getting corroded. The hot water spigot looked even worse and it wouldn?t turn at all. I called ...more to have them replace the spigots. I was able to schedule an appt within 4 days. The service man arrived on time with good identification. Let me mention that I was also getting the washing machine repaired at the same time as the plumbing repair. Although both service guys had to work in the same small space, they didn?t have any trouble getting along at all. The plumber explained all the options, because part of the wall would have to be removed to access the plumbing. He made a small opening in the wall ? about 6 inches by 12 inches ? and used an access panel cover to seal the opening when he was finished. It looks great, fits perfectly. He had to cut the pipe to replace the valves. The new valves were better quality than the older ones (probably original to the house ? 20 years old). He asked if there was anything else I had questions about in the house, and I had him check out a slow toilet. He was so personable and easy to understand. He was very straightforward and gave me an estimate before starting the work. I have used this company several times in the past 10 years, and have always found them to be excellent at plumbing and trouble shooting."
