was the most professional during the bidding process and gave the most reasonable price. Overall, they were great to work with. Our timeline took a longer than expected, but they went above and beyond to make sure the finished ...more product was exactly what we wanted. Their AC subcontractor was very disappointing, but the rest were great to work with. Our project manager was very nice and easy to get in contact with through the project. Felt like he was a great advocate for us. We would use them again, but would nail down the timeline a little more firmly. Pleased with the result and appreciate that they stood behind their work and their price. "

is a great company, run by great people with excellent customer service in mind. I always felt I was getting the best quality first and foremost, but also the best price. There were issues along the way as there is with any construction ...more project, and especially with a 90 year old house, and
would take every challenge head on, making sure we did the right thing, while keeping any additional expense to an absolute minimum. In addition to great service, the workmanship was topnotch. They did an excellent job of putting an addition on to a 90 year old house and making it look like it has been there forever.
Every single person in the
team (within the company and across ALL sub-contractors) was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would and have recommended
to anyone, including my own mother. "

"We started the process in June and finished in August.
were out monitoring the work every week, we also e-mailed the office weekly with updates and questions as they arose. Several times we wanted additional finish out materials like T1-11 (which looks like beams) instead of regular plywood and they ...more were happy to accommodate our request. We needed some new electrical work done and
accurately built that into the estimate. And at the end they identified a company to
the new exterior tile.
Everything we needed they were able to provide or give us an idea of what we needed to do to get it. The workers were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about our project and home. Everyone was always patient when we asked questions and wanted to make sure we were happy and well informed every step of the way. We highly recommend
"When I complained, she replied in contempt that she would send someone to refund the money. I never heard back from her. She was very rude and condescending, calling me "sweety" among other things... The quality of her work does not entitle her in any of this attitude. I will never return to her gallery and I do hope that my feedback makes ...more up for the money she owes me and more than anything, her snobbish and lame attitude.Thank you"
"We had mildew on a wall in the laundry room, and several missing ceiling tiles from when we had our house replumbed. We had repaired the leak that had caused the mildew, but the damaged drywall was very close to the water heater and water softener. I still don't know how they were able to replace the damaged drywall. The other problem was we had ...more new water lines ran into the water heater from the ceiling and weren't able to get the ceiling tiles back on. They built a lowered ceiling over just the water heater that looked great and covered the plumbing mess. All this for $500.00. We are extremely satisfied."
some artwork to frame. They did a horrible job. None of the corners matched up. There were gaps and they did not line up the pattern of the frame. There was also damage to the actual frames themselves. The one positive is that the fellow working there was very apologetic and refunded my money right away. I ended ...more up having my artwork framed at a local business (Frame House of Tampa), who did a much better job and charged about the same amount. Needless to say, I won't be going back to
was top notch. They have many years of experience in framing. They were very good at helping me choose the right frame, matting, and type of glass for showing off and preserving my art work. The quality of the actual framing work was excellent... I had gone to
's quality is a million times better. The price ended up being similar to
's, even though they did a much better job and used better quality materials (like
brand frames.) They did make a small mistake (which was an understandable one), but they corrected it quickly and proactively made sure that I was happy. I've had several experiences with vendors who make mistakes, but then act like it's my fault and are resistant to fixing the problem. Nobody is perfect 100% of the time and I think what can really set people apart is how they handle problems. I highly recommend
offers a process called "lamanart" which basically converts your photograph, poster, etc into a "canvas" eliminating the need to put glass over it for framing. We love it! Instead of artwork in our home, we enlarge and frame photographs we have taken on our various trips. We had a 4 foot x 6 foot photo of ...more the grand canyon made into lamanart and people think it is a painting! It is so cool and get this - it is cheaper than taking it to the competition to get it framed. Much cheaper. The lamanart process usually only takes about 1-2 weeks as well. The main woman that works there is very helpful (not sure of her name though! ) they have some new staff members that aren't quite as good but still very nice. I would recommend this to anyone who really wants to turn a special photograph into artwork."
