The only issue I had was we were unable to test the system initially because I needed a new main line put in, which the plumber tapped into once he had completed that job. When the plumber turned the main line back on, the backflow piping popped because one of the connections to the pvc was not glued. I called

and they came out within an hour. This was crucial since I could not turn the water back on to the house until this was sealed. The problem was quickly resolved and everything is working smoothly. Just a note, had they been able to tap into the main line and test the system when they initially did the work, this problem would have been found and resolved at that time. He was not pushy at all and he made sure several times that I wanted everything that I was asking for and always let me know about all of the price increases. One of the reasons I am so happy is that I ended up with things I never would have chosen, but were things that I had grown up with, which made this very close to my heart. He also changed out our sprinkler heads to give them better coverage of our lawn. The whole job cost $884. this includes the City's $390 meter installation fee and the city permit to start using the system that was included in the bill."
