We visited their office in Clearwater (pretty hard to find, call first!), where we could see the pavers to choose from, as well as numerous pictures (on a flat-screen TV) of how the pavers were used. Our salesperson, , paid us several visits, helping us to choose the specific paver (there are many ...more to choose from) as well as the orientation and pattern. The workers were fairly punctual, although the weather held them up several times (tip - try to place pavers during dry season!). We waited a little while for the final cleaning and sealing, but it looks great! We are very satisfied."

and they probably contract certain jobs. The owner was pretty honest and upfront about the entire process from beginning till end. I felt that picking up of the travertine tiles was fine. We had a process coping which goes around the pool?s interior. That part was done by the guy who he employs all the time and that guy did an excellent job. He was very detailed and hard working. He was here on time too. He drained the pool in order to do that. So he was going to get the job done in a couple of days. He then refilled the pool with water. The next guys who came out just did the regular surface. They brushed everything into my pool like the sand and stuff like that. So I had a couple of inches of sand in the bottom of my pool. They just left it there until I noticed it and it got clogged up. I could make out that the pool was totally dirty and filthy. I tried to get the work done myself, but I couldn?t do it. So a pool cleaner guy came out from another pool company on a Saturday morning. He showed up early which was great, but he just left without even telling me and the pool was still somewhat dirty. I actually had to get someone else finally to completely clean the pool. I then noticed that there were some cracks on the stones and that was an issue. They then came out and replaced some of the stones. In order to get to the stone which was wrapped, they ripped it apart. So it was on my lawn and my neighbor?s lawn. My wife then cleaned it up. There was debris around. There was also an issue of money. It was really annoying when they always asked for money, but other than that it was fine. The owner seemed intelligent and seemed like he really cared. The guys who were hired didn?t have any attention to detail and they just

, the owner. We agreed upon a certain amount of money being paid before the service was done and then they wanted almost half the payment before they even started the work. The finished product is not perfect since I found another stone which was not fine. The travertine tiles were very beautiful. They responded to my complaint. I will try to get multiple estimates from different companies next time and then take a decision based on that. I would have to strongly think about using their services again."

"I am not interested in grass. He also installed irrigation in the area that he landscaped. He also did some landscaping around a large tree near my driveway. There is one side of home where I did not have him install any irrigation so that I could play around with my own plants and gardening there. He is a jewel! He recommended Oleanders, which happens to be one of my favorite things and he then went on planning a landscape specifically for me. I almost did not call him because I had such a small job, when he came out he told me that when he went into this business he decided that he would never turn down a job based on size. He educated me on how to care for my new landscape, how to care for the Oleanders, and what I need to know about pruning. Originally, I was just wanting to have a little landscaping done. After meeting with him, I was so comfortable that I decided to have irrigation installed and to have him expand upon the pavers and patio that were already existing. He was not pushy at all and he made sure several times that I wanted everything that I was asking for and always let me know about all of the price increases. One of the reasons I am so happy is that I ended up with things I never would have chosen, but were things that I had grown up with, which made this very close to my heart. He paid such close attention to me. He is exceptional. I would give him an A+."

"overall i could not have been happier. made sure that we were happy, he did eveything in his power to make sure that things were done correctly and checked with me everystep of the way to make sure we were on the same page. the installers were great and at they were friendly and skilled and did a great job. visited my house and gave there opinions on what would look best and gave guidance from there professional experience but alwasys listened to what i wanted and were really great to work with. they were not the cheapest but they were not the most expensive either and the quality of the work and the ease to work with them, made them a excellent value for what we got. i would highly recommend them to others and plan to use them when we put new pavers on the front steps and walkway UPDATE: the quality of the work gets compliments every time we have someone over. This is a second report on the same work and the reason i felt i needed to do another one is because of all the comments i have received about it. I truly feel that we got a great job for the money."

"The workmen arrived on schedule and worked very hard cutting concrete to put in new drains, put in coping and pavers around the pool deck and new tile around the top of the pool.
