His visual helped to seal the deal on our contract. His recommendation of the

I would definitely recommend

"A complete remodel with kitchen and 5 baths took 22 months and is still not finished as of 2/2/14. There was double billing of over $60,000 that we know of today 2/2/14. Jevon

, 3- Sub-Zero refrigerators and 2 Mielie Dishwashers. There was multiple plumbing leaks. A contractor left an open supply line to a laundry room sink that ran for an entire weekend resulting in ceiling damage in our kitchen. We were billed for the repairs to the kitchen ceiling. The plumber installed our master bath tub and did not test our tub for leaks. After one month's time the ceiling in our office under the master tub began to fall in. We have now are dealing with a mold issue in the ceiling between the floors of the office. Still no resolution as of 2/2/14. The plumber left an open supply line to a toilet and forgot to cap the line resulting in a major flood that lasted for hours. Drywall, baseboard and kitchen cabinets had to be removed and reinstalled all at our cost. The air conditioning company did not connect the drain line for the air handler in the attic above our master bedroom resulting in our master bedroom ceiling, floors, drywall and crown molding having to be replaced. We were billed for the mistakes caused by the air conditioning company. Still no resolution as of 2/2/14.

They did not supply construction drawings which resulted in them building the incorrect cabinets for our kitchen, bath and closets. We were billed again for the corrections to our kitchen, bath and closets. Then billed again from them for the install of kitchen, bath and closets taking multiple times. As of 2/2/14 we have had no resolution from that company and

"Kitchen & Bath Factory (KBF) was the better of 2 quotes I had. The biggest factor swaying me to use KBF was the fact that they don't use subcontractors except for painting and countertops.
We were advised that construction would not start until all of the material for our project was on-hand. Approximate lead time was 6 weeks, which was very close to actual start. However, as we neared the end of the project, the master bath was the second one, there was a delay for the counter top. It was appears the KBF did not order the material when we signed the contract. KBF subs the sone work to other companies. I think I should have had them use another company I was familiar with, which is a company KBF had done business with before.
We were charged additional for some items that should have at least been quoted. Specifically, water supply shut offs for the bathrooms. The existing valves were 29 years old. When I asked about replacing them, the initial price was going to be $40.00 each. I didn't pay the full price but I was charged for the valves, 12 in all. I understand there is a cost but on a project of this size, the cost should have been included in the quote, considering the age of the house and the old valves.
Most of the time the workers arrived on-time at the time I specified. The workers were always polite and friendly. The workers that I worried the most about quality were the plumbers. They seemed to be the newest members of the crew. Some of the crew had been with the company for 5 plus years while others were new within the last 6 months. The carpenters, electricians, and most of the tile workers did a great job.
Overall communication was somewhat disjointed. After you sign the contract, the sale rep doesn't want anything to do with the customer. You're handed off to project manager. Mine came to the worksite on only 2 occasions. I was handed off to a new supervisor, who had been one of my tile workers. He did a great job and communication with him was excellent. I felt the KBF leaders were pushing too hard at times to just get the job done since the final balance was still owed.
Also, the painters that KBF subs out to, Partners in Grime, were terrible. They did no painters prep of the walls before slapping paint on. There were a lot of see through areas and rough spots after the paint dried. They also only painted the base board and not the connecting trim around the bathroom door and the closet door. I had them return once to fix some of the omissions and found more after they left. I was so disgruntled, I did not call them back choosing to fix the problems myself. Using KBF's painter is an option. I would recommend using a painter you're familiar with.

"My partner and I met with
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
October 2012. We wanted our Kitchen , Master Bath and Guest Bath renovated. From the first time
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
met with us his presentation and professionalism was out standing. He explained to us what the process was and was very upfront on what to expect. He designed our space beautifully. We were very excited to start our project. The day of start he introduced us to
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
one of his project managers.
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was excellent in his duties and all the guys he managed did just as he asked. We did have a few issues along the way but needless to say they were resolved rather quickly.
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
promised our project would be done before Christmas and on Xmas eve the guys were here until 12am cleaning and putting on final details. We had a house full of friends and family that really were impressed with the work. There were a few things we found after the guys left and as expected
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
came right out and took care of it. We are extremely happy with our project and thank you and your team for doing a great job

"A few notes on our bathroom remodel...it was a complete gut down to the studs and bare cement floor and in the case of the shower and tub, new cement floors. It was an extensive job and we are very happy with the work. We got four quotes, three from local contractors and one from our favorite store, the one with orange aprons on the staff. All the quotes were in the same ballpark with
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
being 2nd to lowest and the store being the highest. We chose
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
as he has his own employees versus subs do most of the work and his cabinets are all custom made versus boxes that are customized. The process for all is the same, somebody measures the room, somebody comes with a prelim drawing and then manipulates the drawing on a computer, a final cost is quoted plus a shopping list. Make no mistake the shopping list will add about a third of the cost or more if you go high end on fixtures and tile.
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
has a list of vendors that will work with you on all the purchases and make sure they not only fit the budget but the job as well. This might be our only real complaint as the list was available but wasn't highlighted to us.
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
told us about a vendor for the fixtures and we dealt with them but we found our own tile vendors and a few other sources as we didn't know he had relationships with some already. A word to the wise for anyone thinking about a total bath remodel...you will not be able to use the room for 5-6 weeks, you will have a dumpster parked in your drive for about half that time and if tile removal is involved everything in the house will be covered in dust. That being said, when
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and crew are finished you will forget the dust, the dumpster and the down time. They were VERY careful in trying to keep the mess to a minimum and protect our other floors. With the exception of the unavoidable dust they did an admirable job. We only had two minor errors and while both added a few days to the process they were both corrected to our satisfaction and at no cost to us.
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
worked with us on the initial design and helped us come back to earth on our expectations (the 6'+ claw foot tub really wouldn't work in the space available) and gave us plenty of options to express ourselves. He told us upfront he wouldn't tell us something was possible if it wasn't. Those errors notwithstanding the work done exceeded our expectations. I laid out a pretty detailed plan for the tile work and
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
(our primary craftsman) matched it perfectly except for a few minor details where he first suggested different options and got approval and in all of those the details improved the plan.
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was on time every day and worked a solid day every day he was on site. The electricians were thorough and worked hard as well. All required code was met and inspectors were shown all work.
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was the project manager and we saw him at all the right points in the process and was always responsive to our questions. At no time did we feel that someone wasn't listening to what we had to say. Actually, they had to ask for feedback as we felt things were going pretty much as planned and weren't all that demanding of their time. When the work was final he gave us a week to ten days to use the room and come up with a "punch list" of things to be redone. We found few minor things and
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
come back and corrected all of them. Overall, I can and have recommended
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
for any bath or kitchen remodel. We are planning on redoing our kitchen in a few ( 3 or more) years and we'll call
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
first.

"It went very well. From the time I spoke to JR on the phone to the completion of the project both, JR and his son
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
were very professional and responsive.... something you don't always find in contractors. We were very impressed by the quality of the work, how clean they left our house each day and the speed at which they completed the job. The project was very well managed. All their sub's were professional as well. They were also willing to work with us to stay within our budget. We have a bungalow build in 1918 and you never know what you'll find with older homes. That didn't scare them at all. We would not hesitate to use them again. In fact we will be calling them for a future project and have already recommended them to friends.Very nice people to do business with.

"We initially contacted three contractors off Angies List to give us a quote to remodel our Master Bathroom. The first, which happened to be the highest rated, was going to charge $150 just to come out and give us an estimate plus they would not be able to start work for five months. We quickly moved to the second which was a Kitchen and Bath "Design" firm. They gave us a quote of almost $30K. We ended up going with
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
and were very glad we did. After the initial call,
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
was able to come out in a couple of days. We received an estimate in only a couple of days and the guys started work within a couple of weeks. Everything went very well and very efficiently. We were very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

and his crew were very professional. He came out and met with me to discuss the job. We had a tight time frame to work with and he workedwith it very well- he was here early and was finished before 5.
We had the Granite guys here the same time, which having
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
here helped me a great deal with an issue with the granite.
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely hire him again and plan to refer him to everyone I know.

for all the hard work and dedication you and your team gave to renovating my kitchen. I could not be happier. Unlike most, when
Tampa Kitchen And Bath Remodelers Provider Name Locked
