. My house is 900 square feet but the man who came out kept saying it would service 9000 square feet . They ended up installing it and I complained about the size and the noise which was horrendous. There has been an opening left where rodents are now entering my house for the first time. I can hear them running around at 2:30 or 3 o'clock in the morning. They said they would send someone out to take care of it for me. He made some kind of adjustment but it didn't help the rodent situation at all. It quieted the noise down very moderately but it is still bad. When I called them back again, the person I spoke to said just to turn it off if it bothers me! I want them to remove this system from my home and I want my money back."

"The technicians are friendly and professional. They get right to work and do not waste time. They clean the condenser (outside unit) and fully inspect both the condenser and air-handler. Other than the small leak we have not had any major issues with the either unit. The person who schedules in service department has been the same for the last 14 years and the technicians are the same from year to year, for the most part. They even can schedule for weekends without an extra charge. We highly recommend them to everyone we know and will continue to use their services and products as long as we are in Florida."

"I called them when I received a $700 electric bill. They came three days later and needed to order the part. Twice they ordered or, as they say the company shipped the wrong part. It was two weeks, I believe before the job was completed. As a part of this I made the decision to go ahead and get the semi-annual checkup plan. ($270) They did this checkup and as a part of this ordered a unique filter that goes in the conditioner in the attic. As has happened before, I now three weeks later needed to call them to ask about the installation of the filter. They picked up on my irritation that it had not been done and said it was on order and would be coming in tomorrow and they would come on Wednesday. This is Monday. I asked them if they had a service to call for the next semi-annual checkup because I had had the yearly plan before and they forgot me. They said they did not, that it was the home owners responsibility to remember. She then took this back and said she was putting it into the computer. I frankly, wondered if they wanted residential customers or not."

The date of service came and the guy called 2 hours after the appointment and said they were delayed. He then said he would be there in a couple of hours. They never came! "I purchased an AC/Heat Pump Unit from this company in June of 2005 and then an Air Handler in 2006. I paid $2350 for the condenser & $3265. I have had to call them out for non-cooling or icing up issues almost yearly since then, spending $165 in 2006, $175 in $2007 & $240 in 2008 - all for possible freon leak I was told, but no leak could be found. Once agian, I was having non-cooling issues so I called them to come out again. I was told that the condenser motor fan, capacitor & contactor had to be replaced. All of these parts were under warranty. But the labor charge would be $859! I asked how long it would take to do all of the work & the guy told me ONE HOUR! When I complained about the cost he called his manager & they knocked $100 off, but still $759!!! Luckily, I decided to check other places. I called Frigidaire and got their local parts distributor who gave me another servicing dealer, JM

& he quoted me $270.

A/C & Appliance use an OVER INFLATED flat rate price book. This is robbery if you ask me!"
