"I called
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
on Thursday evening. I spoke with a lady who provided me with detailed information of the cost and services. I was given an immediate appointment for that Saturday.
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
was the inspector who came to inspect my soon to be new home. I arrived to the property a few minutes before the scheduled time and
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
was already inspecting the exterior of the home. We introduced ourselves to one another and he kept us involved throughout the whole home inspection process. He spoke directly to me and my fiancée and to our realtor. After a thorough look of the property,
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
discussed with us all the areas he inspected and any areas that needed minor repair. The only setback, compared to other Home Inspection companies, is that
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
does not write a narrative of their findings. They provide you with a binder that has an extensive checklist. If there is an item that needs repair, they write a brief sentence on it. Other companies have transitioned electronically and are able to provide a written narrative not just one small sentence of their good and bad findings. Alternatively, the service was great even though the fact that the company is not electronic and does not give a written in paragraph form inspection report. Their expertise and professionalism outweighed this minor setback. I even called
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
two days later to ask if he checked for signs in Wind Mitigation, Mold, and Chinese Drywall. He gave me a great response and assured me even though the inspection wasn't for those items, he checked for items that may trigger a suggestion to inspect further. Overall, the service provided was exceptional.

Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
was extremely thorough and provided a detailed report of his findings with photos.
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
is a true professional. I was particularly impressed with his responsiveness to our many phone calls about his findings after he had already provided us with the written reports. He took a great deal of time with us over the phone and was very patient answering all our questions. I would highly recommend him."

A prospective homebuyer should contract with a home inspector before purchasing a house to learn about the full condition of the property. The inspector can also educate the buyer on how to care for a house.

"Setting up the appointment was very easy and
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
was very flexible and accommodating - he even agreed to meet me late in the afternoon so that I didn't need to miss any time from work.
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
was on time for our appointment, did a thorough job, and explained the process to me as he worked. Communication was excellent - I received an email confirmation of my appointment and I had the electronic copies of my inspection reports within 3 hours of the completed inspection. I am hopeful that I won't need to do another insurance inspection any time soon but, if I do, I would definitely use
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
again.

"The inspector arrived on time and made the inspection. He told us the garage door did not have a sticker showing its rating so he couldn't pass it. We had Overhead Door call
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
that day and leave a message regarding the door. After twelve days we still had nothing from Young, so I called. The man who answered said we didn't tell them where we wanted the report sent so they hadn't sent one. Of course we wanted a copy I told him. He said he would email it, but did not. The next day I called and spoke to
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
who did email a copy. That is when we found out there was no discount because they had no information on the door. This time I had Overhead Door email me the information on the door and forward it myself to Young. When I still didn't hear back from Young I called
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
. She said the owner of the company said the door wasn't on the approved list so it couldn't count. The door was installed before stickers were common and the engineering drawings are no longer available. So we are out the $125 for nothing. At least we do have hurricane protection. This company fell down on communication. It is not enough to do the inspection, the customer needs a copy of the report in a reasonable time and they need an explanation of what the problem is when there is one. It wouldn't have hurt them to express regret that they were unable to pass the garage door due to government regulation.

Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
is a great professional, taking a lot of care and detail in his work. He actual instructs inspectors how to inspect.
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
arrived on time and went over the house making sure every nook and cranny was looked at. He made notes, took pictures and when all was said and done, came up with thirty nine things that should be rectified before buying. He then printed out the list and put all the photos that he had taken onto a disc and presented us with a very detailed report. He took about two and a half hours to complete the inspection. If you are looking to make the biggest investment in your lifetime, know beforehand what you are getting into. At the very least, get your home inspected. If you want it done right, call

"WOW, so this company doesn't need another glowing review but I feel compelled to agree with what everyone has already said. This company is great!
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
was on time and such a professional. I have NEVER seen a more thorough inspection. My realtor even commented that she had never seen an inspector do such a complete and detailed job. If you want peace of mind when purchasing a house I can highly recommend
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
. He tipped us off to some serious structural issues. When the work was complete he went over his entire report in detail to make sure that my husband and I did not have any questions.

came out (showing up a few minutes early) to inspect a property that we were looking to purchase. Despite the fact that there was no power, and no appliances, kitchen, hvac, he took his time and gave us an exhaustive report on everything he could, going above and beyond what most inspectors would do. He took the time to explain issues as he went, and the report that was provided was excellent, and thorough. It's no wonder they have such an excellent reputation here on Angie's List."

"I requested a maintenance home inspection, in order to assess what issues I may currently have with my home. I wanted to have this inspection done by someone who would not be trying to sell me an unnecessary repair in order to make a sale. I selected this company based on their rating with Angie's list and I'm glad that I did."

"
Tampa Home Inspectors Provider Name Locked
arrived on-time on a Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule, which I greatly appreciated since I had traveled to AZ from Florida. He did a thorough job, updating me as he went along through the house. He asked questions when necessary and replaced everything as he found it when he needed to move items to inspect. He wore booties on his shoes when he was in the carpeted interior; very impressive. Upon finishing, he took 15 minutes to describe his findings to me. I had his full report delivered by email in 24 hours, and he even refunded money to me when he realized he had overcharged me!"
