on Thursday evening. I spoke with a lady who provided me with detailed information of the cost and services. I was given an immediate appointment for that Saturday.

Alternatively, the service was great even though the fact that the company is not electronic and does not give a written in paragraph form inspection report. Their expertise and professionalism outweighed this minor setback. I even called

two days later to ask if he checked for signs in Wind Mitigation, Mold, and Chinese Drywall. He gave me a great response and assured me even though the inspection wasn't for those items, he checked for items that may trigger a suggestion to inspect further. Overall, the service provided was exceptional."

This company fell down on communication. It is not enough to do the inspection, the customer needs a copy of the report in a reasonable time and they need an explanation of what the problem is when there is one. It wouldn't have hurt them to express regret that they were unable to pass the garage door due to government regulation. "
