"The experience is very positive. Our initial call was acted upon immediately. visited and gave us a rough idea what would been to be one and then recommended an engineer. The engineer arrived promptly and submitted the report. Within days, workers were here. In two days they had completed the job. We did ...more have to call them back for a slight adjustment to a piece of siding that had popped but they came and took care of it immediately. There could be some improvement in customer service by the office staff especially when it comes to obtaining the checks for payment. I know it is important to them and I am sure some people do not always pay on time; however, those of us who have shown we are not like that should be treated with a little more trust.
