He moved and replaced patio furniture and items and did not overlook any area or item that needed cleaning. He stayed and cleaned everything until it was CLEAN!! "Hired them to come out 3 times a year ($100 per visit ) to clean the flat roof, scuppers, and downspouts on our 2 story house. We thought it was going ok, although we did not physically check / inspect their work, and it seems that they always performed their service when we were not at home. Recently we had a leak in our house during a heavy rain storm. We found out that it was a result of the scuppers being very clogged with debris and leaves and a large hole in one of the metal scuppers. Supposedly they had performed their service about 2 months before this happened. I can possibly accept that within that period the debris built up (although it was during May and June when there are not a lot of leaves dropping in Florida so it's doubtful). But I have serious doubts that the large hole in the metal scupper happened in 2 months. It makes me wonder if they ever went up on my roof at all. I canceled the service. The owner called and apologized, saying that he had similar complaints from other customers about the crew that had come out in April. It was nice that he called but he did not offer any reimbursements, or even a possible discount on future service. I will not use them again and I am surprised they are rated an A on Angie's List."

"I scheduled the work after Thanksgiving but the job was delayed due to the weather. They called to inform me but could not give me an exact time. I was told that it is usually 2 weeks from placing the order to completion. In my case it was about 6 weeks. They arrived unannounced and proceeded to clean the gutters. The debris was cleaned up though they missed an area at one of the propertied. Overall, I think they did a good job though I cannot confirm until I get on the roof in the spring."

He did not bring a ladder and had to use mine. The scheduling was somewhat challenging. The company had to reschedule twice due to conflicts with other jobs. They did not call me to let me know they were not coming. Since I was taking time off work, this was very frustrating. The first time they rescheduled, they did not inform me of the new time and showed up when I was not at home. They apologized and we set a new time. The work was completed as agreed and the price matched the estimate.
