They were quick, professional (paper put down to cover carpets where they were walking, for example) and very pleasant to work with. In particular, they suggested that placing new tile would be expensive and likely a waste of money in a house of the age of ours. He'd do it if we wanted to spend a lot more but thought it unnecessary. Friendly, courteous and efficient."

Another glass company quoted me $50 for the same piece (ridiculous). Also, I thought I would have to come back to get the glass but they cut it while I was there. Great price & great service."

"First they came out and provided a free estimate. When we selected them, they came out again and remeasured and gave us tips and suggestions as to what would work best with our shower layout. They ordered the material and then installed it when it came in. They were always on time and showed up when they said they would. They were very knowledgeable and gave us some good ideas. After they were done, they gave us a small shower gift basket which was a nice touch."

"I had an appointment with him to come out and repair a glass table top and he never showed up or called. I called him and he said something came up and he would get back with me and he never did. The company was formally known as Bison Glass."

"Needed to quickly have a sliding glass door replace on a house under contract for sale. Someone was out to the house the same day to inspect and measure the glass. The glass was a custom size and had to be ordered. The order came in a couple days later and was promptly installed. The best part was the communication by the company to keep me informed every step of the way. The entire transaction took place by phone, the work was done independently without any personal contact. I saw the broken glass door, called the company, a few days later the door was fix and the broken glass was removed. Just what I wanted."

"Work was performed very timely and well done. The company provided a crew of 4 the first day and 2 the second. All seemed extremely competent in the areas they addressed. was timely in his response for an estimate, and very organized on the work days. In addition to the tasks at hand was quick to go above and beyond when he discovered some additional items that needed addressing. He also took the time to note other small repairs and give me advice on the best way to go about fixing them simply if I wanted to complete them myself. This company really makes you feel like they care about your home and repairs as if it were their own! And the pricing is very fair."

"There was an experienced plumber and his assistant doing the job. The assistant did most of the work with our supervision. I told them I wanted the job inspected before I paid the remaining bill. After the inspection, we found the job was not done sufficiently. There were several errors made during the whole process but then rectified after I contacted the company regarding my complaints. The job took a lot longer than it should have. They were late one day during the job and have a new policy stating they will pay if they were ever late. I received $350 the day they were late. They were clean and polite but none of these errors should have been made. When the job was finally finished they had gone above and beyond my expectations to fix these problems."
