. To say I was terrified at my first appointment, is putting it mildly, but from the beginning and throughout the period of my and my husband's treatment everyone was wonderful. Without exception the staff is patient, gentle, and competent. They listened to my and my husband's fears and special concerns with respect, and neither of us ever felt rushed or belittled. In addition to basic diagnostic examinations and xrays, their services for us included replacing many old, deteriorating fillings where decay had set it; making crowns; making a bridge; performing a root canal; and doing deep cleaning and scaling to address periodontal problems. There was no pain whatsoever during or even following any of these procedures, and for the procedures where we used IV sedation there was no memory of the work either. I cannot rave enough about this dental practice -- extremely competent, gentle, patient, and really nice people. We now have healthy teeth, and we also feel secure in knowing that we have a really great dental health "home"."
