responded to my initial call that Friday afternoon by appearing at my house to take the measurements for the work I wanted done. By Monday, he had sent me an emailed estimate of the work I wanted. The estimate listed several cost options for the project we had discussed. When I called him back accepting his proposal,

and his crew was able to start the work on the pool and deck, within less than a week. His crew worked steadily until they finished the project. Even after I had paid

for the project, he responded quickly to my requests for some followup work to correct some details that needed to be redone on the project. He stayed on top of the work to make sure I was satisfied. I've already recommended him to friends whose pool can use similar renovation work, feeling certain he will give them the same high quality service he gave me."

"I will never hire them again!! Avoid this company like the plague. They started the project late, did not forewarn us when they started and did not remove the furniture off the patio. Everything was covered with 1" of dust from grinding out the old tiles. They sub contracted the tile work to a very shoddy tile

who took no pride in his craft. The bullnose tile did not match the face tile. The splicing of tiles was not measured and the cut tiles were randomly placed in the middle of a run. The tile should have all been replaced but I settled for a third of them and then removed all of the bull nose tile. The concrete they poured was extremely shoddy and the French drain was neither plumb nor level. I fired them and had the project finished by Sun Pavers (who are outstanding). They had to remove the French drain and most of the concrete because it was of such poor quality. Then to add insult to injury they demanded full payment!!"
