This is a family operation, Osmary patiently walked us through the different granite slabs available on several different occasions. We were back and forth on several times to try to decide on which particular slab to use. Osmary was never impatient and always helpful with suggestions and pricing for the various options. Once my wife & I decided on the slab we wanted, the rest was painless. Osmary also got us a good deal on the new cabinets that I was installing myself. Once all the choices of granite and cabinets were resolved and chosen as well as the type
we wanted, the fabrication and installation was completed in one day actually in less than a day and the work was completed by the owner
. They were an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire process. Many of the larger (not all) but enough seemed somewhat disinterested when you told them you were only doing a master bath of 33 square feet of granite. Our only regret is that we didn't know about
& Stone when we did the kitchen counters.

Before I get into the details, the quality was OK, the price was fine, but the communication, the customer service, and the follow-up was nothing short of abysmal. There are a lot vendors who sell countertops; you could randomly pick any one and would likely receive better customer service that what
provides.
I contacted
on the recommendation of a company that was doing my cabinet refacing. I spoke to
, the outside salesperson, and he came to our home to provide a quote. The price was competitive and I decided to proceed. Two points he told me: they took pride in the fact that they reinstall switch boxes, faceplates, etc. at installation and they do not reinstall trim that they remove during the installation process. He stated that they sub that out and he would provide me with a name of a person that could do the installation. He stated that it would be cheaper for me to deal direct, as all
would do is
up the fee. Why they remove the trim and don't take the responsibility to reinstall it I do not know. It does not make sense. More on these two points later.
recommended a couple of styles of granite, and my wife and I went to a stone wholesaler a few days later to select our slabs. Several days later,
called and gave me two dates for templating and installation. So far, so good.
, the company owner, showed up at the appropriate time and made the templates. He seemed very nice. He stated that they would be able to fabricate the countertops and bar with only one seam. So far, so good.
The day before installation, I received a call from the company to inform me that they were going to have to add another seam as they were concerned that they would not be able to get the countertop into the house. I replied that (1) if they were not sure, they were more than welcome to come to the house to see if that seam was really necessary and (2) if the owner of the company, who had been in our home and did the templating, didn't think it was necessary, why all of a sudden did they now think it was? I guess it made too much sense and my reasoning got no where. Net, instead of one seam, or even two seams, we wound up with three. They could have gotten the granite in the house with only one seam.
The next day, the installers did a good job. It looks good. When they were finished, the switch boxes and faceplates were NOT reinstalled. They told me that they never do that. And the trim was not installed. I did not pay the balance. I went to a home improvement store, purchased the materials and reinstalled the electrical myself.
A few days later,
called for final payment. I told them about the two problems.
got on the phone and told me they always reinstall the electrical. Maybe they need to clue in the installers. He said that they would send someone out to do it, and I told them that I had already done it, but I did need to get the trim installed. He gave me a name and number. I called, and the person told me that he does not work in my part of town. I called
again and they said that they would get back to me.
Later,
, the owner, called, and told he that he would (1) personally find someone to install the trim and (2) personally call me back within 24 hours. 24 hours passed: no call. 48 hours passed; no call. In the interim, someone from the company called to set up a time to install the electrical. I told them that I had taken care of it, but I did need someone for the trim. Finally, 2 1/2 days later, I called
. He said that someone from
should have called to set up a time to install the trim, and someone would be calling me.
As I write this, it has been a week since I last spoke to
. There have been no calls. I am tired of chasing. They have worn me out. Never again.

It took several weeks to determine granite stone which included stones offered by

Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked

We were sold by the fact that they manage and are responsible for the complete process in-house: contract, coordination, fabrication and installation.

The selection of granite available on premises is impressive. We were encouraged to visit other granite suppliers in the area as
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
works with several suppliers. In spite of the high volume of customers and the Christmas holidays, I received an estimate quickly (
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
Granite was close to 3 weeks to provide an estimate; Kitchen & Bath Factory was not only ridiculously expensive, but was trying to "pad the work" with unnecessary construction). Once I signed the contract with
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
,
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
came onsite and created the template. Shortly afterward we were scheduled and our granite installed. Also of note -
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and their crew were never late to a scheduled appointment (which was highly appreciated).

Decided to go with
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
after calling on 4 different companies they were the only one with the remnant slab we wanted. We are thrilled they were the one that had it. Cliff came out and did the measurements and 'blueprint' for the cut. Within 1.5 weeks they installed our counter. This was over the holidays and the communication was fantastic from them to me.

was diligent on following up with quotes and time lines and everything was met without fail. Very professional and met every expectation I could have asked for.

My wife and I had selected the porcelain flooring tile that we wanted to replace our kitchen and two bathroom’s flooring at a local discount warehouse and needed someone to install it. After getting names from Angie’s List of vendors in my area that would install someone else’s product and received estimates from the top three vendors in our area. We selected
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
for the job; due to
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
’s knowledge, professionalism and estimate.
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and I walked the entire flooring area where
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
explained to me what needed to be done and how he and his team will achieve that. We also asked him while he was in our home to provide us with an estimate to replace both bathrooms’ vanity countertops.
After some thought as to the tile we selected, we thought we would see what
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
had to offer in porcelain tile to see if we would like something better than what we had. We made the appointment to the office (special Saturday hours by appointment for those who cannot make it during the business week) and met
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
(
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
’s better half). She was delightful, professional and very knowledgeable about the products they had to offer and even installation of those products. After reviewing their sample porcelain tiles, we found tiles for both the kitchen and both bathrooms that we liked better than those we had previously purchased. So we chose
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
to install the porcelain tiles that we selected and also made appointment to see granite countertops (which we also liked and purchased).
We set the date to have the job performed. They called ahead of time to confirm details of the installation and also so we can move items that would be in the way of the date of installation. The installation day came and they started bright and early and worked very hard throughout all of the daylight hours. As every home job goes, there were obstacles discovered along the way. But the obstacles were no problem for them as they continued to work on through it. Between the flooring being laid and the installation of the vanities and granite countertops, the job lasted a little longer than they anticipated. Many others may have rushed the job to get it done and sacrificed quality workmanship in the process, but this was not the case with
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
as they went back to check their own workmanship to verify that it meets their own stamp of approval.
Although we did not know
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
prior to this contract, we felt like we were treated like friends and they actually became our friends during the process. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in their services.

Excellent performance. Job went very well from design to and through installation. A couple of examples, the cabinet installer (
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
) did a superb job of cabinet installation with straight lines and all cabinet faces lining up. Doors and drawers are all in alignment and the installation of molding and trim pieces is seamless. The second example is the quartz counter tops. The individual who measured and made templates spent one whole morning doing that job. He measured and remeasured making sure he was accurate. His attention to detail resulted in counter tops that fit perfectly when installed. There were no mistakes no emergency repairs no ill fitting pieces. Just beautiful tops.

This is the second time I've used
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
Inc, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, the speed at which the work was completed, the professionalism of everyone involved, from the work crew to the office staff.
I had purchased a condo and wished to remodel the kitchen and bath before moving in, as well as install some additional lighting and ceiling fans. I had used
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
Inc, previously and was very happy with their work so I contacted them for this project.
The owner,
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, is always very punctual, listened to what I wanted and then made very practical suggestions as to how to save money and get the most out of my budget.
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
even took the time to meet me at the tile store to steer me in the right direction to get good looking tiles which wouldn't break my budget.
The work crew did a great job and at the end of each day cleaned up the construction debris. I also have to point out that the office staff (
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
) was great, and anytime I had a question or concern she was able to get an answer immediately or get it resolved. No detail was too small for them to make sure I was happy with the project.
I would definitely recommend
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
for any construction/remodel related work and will use them in the future.

This was one of the Angie's List deals. I spoke to
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and we made an appointment to have someone come out to take measurements and bring us samples of the 4 different granites that were included in this deal.
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
came out to measure and brought the samples. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He returned a second time to confirm the measurements around the sink. A week later, the installers and
Tampa Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
came to install the countertop and sink. The installers were on time, efficient and very professional. They also cleaned the area around the counter. The whole process was very professional and everyone was extremely responsive. I am very pleased with the work and know that it was well worth the price. I just love my new countertop. I would definitely use them again.

it went very well. I had another company who missed appointment after appointment. This company followed through on every step through scheduling and installation. Mrs. Lufrio was exceptionally nice to work with. It was such a pleasure and relief to work with Lufrio Marble Inc! You will not be disappointed. The entire set up from contact point to installers are professional and pleasant.
