When we said that we would pay for the materials, he said that he felt that he must stick to his quote and we owed him nothing additional. Even though it was a relatively small cost, it still cost him money that he could have passed on and didn't. It appears that he did an excellent job. We'll see what happens the next time it rains!"

was on time and very professional. I thought I needed the chimney swept again, because in February we had a nasty incident of smoke pouring out of the fireplace and into the house instead of up the chimney. We were too afraid to use the fireplace after that. But

said it looked squeaky clean, and after performing a thorough inspection inside and out, he couldn't find any repair issues, either. He gave me several good tips on how to prevent the fireplace from smoking, and recommended another inspection and cleaning in two years. I so appreciate his honesty! This is not a company that will suggest repairs you don't need, or overcharge for a cleaning when all you need is an inspection. They have my loyalty for as long as they're in business."

"From the estimate that was very competitive and the new roof placement the workers did a very good job. It was done as promised, they cleaned nicely after the job and a couple of days later the chimney was replaced and painted. The cut in the screen that I reported was corrected by the replacement of one piece of the affected screen. The gutters in the front were left not in the best shape however they were already old and the initial quality of the material was poor so they need to be replaced anyway."
