"Crew of three arrived right on-time at 10:30 am. I had mistakenly written down 1:30 and they quickly offered to come back later that day. There was no need from my perspective. It was my error and we proceeded. They quickly worked with one man inside and one outside on the same windows assuring they were streak less. The third man unlocked windows and removed screens inside and out. The two who were inside carefully removed their shoes, which I greatly appreciated with white wall to wall carpeting. As they worked their way around the house, I was most impressed with the level of detail they put into the job. I have grids in some windows, which were carefully removed, cleaned and replaced. Some gentle coaxing was employed to remove the stubborn residue built up along the grid edges of the windows and they were most patient scraping and going over it several times. The entire job, 36 windows, was completed and cleaned up in an hour and fifteen minutes. The young men were personable and extremely professional. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others looking for high quality, fair pricing in a young company."

"I have used this company twice to clean the interior windows in my condo. This year my appt was canceled twice. It was canceled once when the crew got rained out, which is understandable. The second time a crew member called me about an hour before the appt and left a message that they need to reschedule because they had a family obligation. I called the project manager and he promptly returned my call. He personally cleaned the windows at a time that worked for me."

"It went very well. The crew was easy to get along with, coordinated the washing of inside and outside so that each person could check the work of the other. They did a 2-step process where they removed the first round of soap with a razor and the second round of soap with a squeegee. The results were outstanding, much better than the "normal" window cleaners we've used in the past."

Rather, they said they would "wipe out" the sills with a rag. After the work was completed (unsatisfactory) I contacted both the cleaning company as well as Fish Windows to discuss my concerns. Fish offered to have the crew return to see if they could clean the windows to my satisfaction. I agreed, but was then disappointed when the crew returned and spent 15 minutes "cleaning" the screens and sills with a dry rag and a brush. Again, I contacted both companies and expressed my disappointment. Unfortunately, Fish explained that cleaning the screens (more than a

wipe down) and removing dirt from the window sills and jams was not part of their services. I don't understand why anyone would want their want their window panes clean, but have the rest of the window still dirty."

"I had gotten a quote of $220.00 for the house over the phone. I also made sure that someone from the company came to see the house before they setup an appointment to not have any confusion about what was required.

Chip said it would take 8 hours to properly clean the house and I said ok and went ahead with setting up the appointment. The master bathroom was cleaned sufficiently although they could have done a much better job. The kitchen was cleaned up properly (surfaces on the kitchen). The basement bathroom was cleaned up as well. I was not totally satisfied as they did not do a thorough job of cleaning the house the first time (because apparently it took them longer than 8 hrs and they stopped when 8 hrs were up.)"
