She did not ask many questions and basically took measurements/pictures without finding out what we were looking for in terms of function, pricing or features. She indicated that we would receive an estimate within a week to a week and a half. We have not heard ANYTHING from the company. If I am undertaking a major remodeling project on my house, I want to use a company that is responsive, punctual and accessible."
