"I was not home at the time of the work so had a friend monitor the work. arrived on time and completed the work promptly. When I did return home after being gone for several weeks, I looked at the area he fixed. While the damage was limited to a narrow strip above three windows and and pockets of wall sections between the windows, ...more I was a little disappointed with the quality of the repair. At the intial estimate, he indicated that two different plaster textures would be replicated for the wall and ceiling repairs, but it appeared that this did not occur. I felt that I could have scrapped off the damaged plaster and repaired the areas will putty. However, seeing as I wasn't home at the time of the work, and didn't see it for 4 weeks after the repair, I couldn't complain too much. The damage was fixed and I painted the area and everything looks great."

II came in the following week and began work promptly. He was very friendly and obliging, even when I began throwing other tasks at him: I broke the light fixture while he was there, and I noticed an electrical outlet still didn't have a cover plate because it was set too far back inside of the wall.

II moved the outlet forward for me, got an outlet plate from the truck and put it on within 10 minutes of my asking him, which surprised me. All of the work was done in a week, and the house looks 100 percent better. Thanks guys."

I had to leave for work that day, so I left the house key with him to lock up, which he did for me and I don't usually leave my keys with just anyone. He also gave me instructions on airing out the house after he was done, as the odor from the paint was really strong. My only qualm is that he said he would leave the windows open "a crack" so the house could air out, but when I got home the bathroom window was wide open. Our neighborhood is quiet, but I still wouldn't leave a window open while I was gone. Overall, however, I would still call this company again."
