"They arrived on time, did a great job of wrapping or otherwise protecting the furniture, cheerfully took this heavy stuff from a second story duplex to a house with steep staris to the second floor--and were awfully nice, as well."

"The estimator did a great job and was a key factor in winning the business. The only down fall was he showed up late and that came on the heels of a company the day before whose estimator never showed. However, he was apologetic, and made up for his mistake by providing free delivery of boxes and including garage packing at no charge. All services happened ...more on time and with very thorough and courteous staff. The boxes came on the day promised and the garage packing occurred on the appointed day. The day of the move the crew arrived on time and wasted no time. They stopped to eat on route to our new home and deducted the time from the final bill. The move went fast and the crew finished an hour earlier than the original estimate. I have very little criticism of this company and the staff. They were all business and this seemed to be consistent from the estimator on through to the moving crew itself. We did have an issue with some minor damage to a couch resulting from trying to force it through and opening that was two small. It became clear a door should have been removed before attempting it. The men who attempted this were quite apologetic and we judged the damage minor, though it could have been worse. In moving in to our new home the crew was very helpful in placing furniture and continuously asked if there was any more they could do. I would not hesitate to use this company again"

"I have never had movers before and didn't know what to expect, but was amazing. They were right on time, had the truck packed before lunch, and were fairly close to the estimate I was given. We had no damage when we unpacked, the only minor damage was to the lawn, the lift gate took a little divot out, they smoothed it out and told me to call if it looked bad in the spring, no big deal. We also had piano movers on the same day- what a difference between the two companies! Bad attitudes and cursing the whole way moving our piano, yes they're heavy, but I think that was probably in the job description. They made us appreciate

even more, will definitely be calling back next time we move. I did receive cheaper estimates, but absolutely worth the price this was one area we didn't want a bargain basement company."

"We are very pleased. The moving coordinator visited our home for an estimate. They were flexible with our busy work schedule and came at 6:30 am! They estimated about 7 hours with 3 men and a 26' truck. They gave us helpful brochure to help with the move. The morning of the move, they arrived on time between 8 am-9 am. They gave us free wardrobe boxes ...more for the day to help in the move. They were proficient. It only took them about 4.25 hours to complete (including transit time). They handled everything with care, used floor pads on top of the new wood floors, and asked us where we wanted things placed. Not one thing or section of our home was damaged."

"I was scheduled for Friday, August 29 at 2:00 pm and the two movers didn't arrive until 5:30 pm. notified me they would be late, but the time kept being pushed back. At 5:00 pm they called and asked if I still needed their services. I said yes because it would be impossible to find another mover on such short notice. As a result ...more I was not moved into the new location until almost 9:00 pm, which did not leave me enough time to clean the apartment and be out that day as I had promised my landlord. I was surprised they took so long. It was the end of the day and the two movers were tired, but they carried everything by hand instead of using carts or straps. I mentioned this was very inefficient, not to mention rougher on the furniture since they had to shove things down the hallway instead of lifting them with straps. A few things fell off the back of the truck when moving things into the house. Some shelving and storage cases were damaged which added up to about $50. I took it upon myself to move some precariously placed items that I didn t want damaged. It was late in the day and the movers were obviously tired so I told them to pile things in the front room instead of having them move things to the rooms. That was my mistake because I had to spend a lot of time later organizing and moving things myself. I voiced my concerns to the movers and they told me to contact the owner,

However, their estimate was much higher than our other two and they declared that they would not disassemble/reassemble two beds, which the moving company we selected had no problem doing at all (doing it without asking and without charge)."
