When I walked into the salon, the receptionist said hi to me by name and asked about my recent wedding and said she was really excited to hear that I was finally chopping off all of my hair (I've been going there for a couple of years, and the ladies have gotten to know me and how much I wanted to get rid of my footlong hair).

came out and asked if I was ready and excited (we've been anticipating this for over a year). She took several pictures that I gave her (which were all different) and listened as I attempted to describe what I was looking for, and when all was said and done, I had the hairstyle of my dreams! I was so impressed with her ability to turn my rambling description into exactly what I wanted. She asked a lot of questions about how I wanted to style my hair, how much time I wanted to spend on it, what kinds of things had worked (and didn't work) in the past. Throughout the whole process, she kept checking with me to make sure the shape and length were exactly what I wanted.

My husband, who's usual response to my haircuts is "it looks nice", kept commenting on it all night about how great it looks (this is huge!). I don't think I will ever go to anyone else for my hair again!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Phresh!
did such an incredible job!!

I came in for my appointment on time,
was on time too. I was offered a beverage, and had a cup of herbal tea. We had a nice chat while she worked on my hair. I was given a warm towel mini facial after the shampoo/conditioner. I can always relax while I'm there because the color and cut are always well done.

I received a gift card for Mother's Day of $60 for this salon. I thought it would be enough for a pedicure with possibly some left over. When I got to the cashier, I found out my bill was $80. I left a $10 tip for the pedicurist and walked out in disbelief that I just spent almost $100 for a pedicure. It was nice but way too expensive.

Everything went as planned. On one occasion I did have to wait 15 minutes even though I had called ahead for an appointment. I suggest making an appointment if possible unless you are going at a typical slow time, like mid morning or mid afternoon. They have a large variety of nail color to choose from, and the brands are top of the line. They also sell many other nail products. The salon is modern in decoration and kept very clean. Sterility is a priority to them and it shows as you watch them work.

First I'll say that I love the EQ Life store - it's a fun place to shop. But about the pedicure, there were lots of steps, but the quality/atmosphere was no better than the cheap place I go to down the street from me. They didn't tell me that the little nail guides aren't indicative of what the colors really look like, so she ended up putting 4 coats of polish on because it the polish I chose was transparent, unlike the nail guide. Overall it was pretty mediocre.

The treatment she told me about worked very well, my nails have stopped splitting, and my skin is not nearly as dry as it was. The price was very good. The hours of the shop are good, but

herself books up quickly, so you should call ahead.

When I arrive, there is no problem parking. If I park on the street, I am met with quarters for the meter. I check in and I am given a wonderful cup of latte. The manicure station is in the back and very private. I have a pedicure that lasts an hour to an hour and a half. My coffee is refilled and they provide all the current magazines and newspapers. The pedicure seat heats and vibrates. Atty massages my feet and gives a deep moisturizing treatment. She spends a lot of time on my toe nails - I could be a foot model when I leave! The manicures are also wonderful. My hands come in looking old and

and I leave with lovely nails and young looking hands. She gives a wonderful neck and shoulder massage before I leave. I am always happy to make it to my next appointment. I am a busy working mom and this is my 2 hour vacation/treat to myself.

Clean attention to detail. Get your own bottle of OPI nail polish included in price. This is a cosmetology school. Ask lots of question to make sure they are doing things right. Instruction with close supervision. Good value for price.

This was my first manicure, so I had no idea what to expect. I was seen promptly, but the whole process seemed a little too business-like. The manicurist did not talk to me at all, which was slightly uncomfortable. She didn't ask me any questions about what I would like, just set to work. She refused to give me advice about color when I asked, just pointed to the wall of colors and told me to choose. This all seemed kind of strange, but in the end the nails looked fine.

Saint Paul Manicurists Provider Name Locked
provides one of the best foot and leg massages as part of a pedicure that I have ever had (and I've had a number of pedicures from different places). She uses pressure points to relieve stress in other areas. So, overall the experience is very relaxing. She is also very friendly. The polish also lasts.
